Thanks, M! The whole marriage track left out some things that could be better addressed. So I decided to do two versions — this is one where Imlie is being introspective and rational. The other one will focus on the furious, irrational Imlie that we saw during the wedding episodes. That one's going to be anywhere between 3-5 parts, if all goes well. 🤞

Thank you! That Chaap Tilak reel had my heart and I couldn't let it go without using it for AryLie somewhere and that's how this story was born. 😆

In the show, we never had Imlie ponder even once as to why she accepted Aryan’s proposal of marriage. I wanted to fix that and hence why, she thinks a bit more here.

This is something that the show hardly ever addressed even though we hit the confession, when this was something key to the plot given how Imlie had suffered the first time around and she accepted that she would never fall in love again. So when she starts feeling like that for Aryan, there should have been some introspection on her part but we never got that. So, I decided to write this. :)
