Health/Fitness Tip of the Week #1

Health: Announce an " executive decision" the next time you're tempted by food you don't need. tell that doughnut -- out loud -- " My body doesn't need or want you!"

Fitness: Should try a new sport called Volleyball and enjoy your summer well....
