What are you trying to acheive this month?

Maybe trying to lose those extra 10 pounds or trying to get more fit for a marathon/run. OR maybe trying to eat healthy.

oh no.. im not losing weight.. i want to gain weight.. lolz.. i only weigh 96 lbs!!

My goal is to grow taller.. 😆 😳 I am like 5'4 n 15..lolz.. I have to b 5'6 inshallah..

my goal this month is to loose 5 pounds(starting from today)as i have gained weight becuz i have been eating junk food a lot i loose weight very easily (and gain very easily too 😆 ) so i am sure i will make it by the end of the month. 😃

i wanto lose as much weight as i can 😆 😆so me will avoid sugary stuff things like white bread..will make it a point to eat dinner atleats 2 hrs before i go to bed...and be regular with my exercise..
