Someone suggested me to use nutrition supplement for bodybuilding.Is there is any side effect of it?I am confused that use it or not. Please help me to clear my doubt. 😕

you can take ayurvedic nutrition and don't take local supplement. and do yoga exercise.

Of course they are good if human body is not getting required nutrients from the food. Nutrients are important for the proper functioning of the body. I had hormonal imbalance (also gained 8 kg weight) in past due to my food habits. Took weight loss nutrition supplements of Royalway clinic and now i am good.

So don't fear, but always consult a doctor before taking any supplement.

Hi Sanav30,

Actually its depend upon your health. I would say whatever you take please ask your doctor first. Nowadays we see lot of people eating supplements but before this invention people was getting nutrition from their regular meal.

So i would say if you want any specific nutrition or mineral just check for the food that have that particular nutrition value. i.e. for Vitamin A we need to eat yellow vegetable and fruits and that would be safe also rather that eating any supplements.

Not knowing what nutrition supplement was recommended, we can't possibly tell you if this particular one is good.But what I will say is: If there's any doubt in your mind, I'd avoid it.
