  • Active Aayu, Health Tips,Control Diabetes,Diet for Diabetic PatientsDrink water regularly to help in your weight loss efforts as some studies suggest that even mild dehydration can slow your metabolism.
  • When you wake up, open your curtains to let the sunlight in or take a trip outside to catch some rays. It will make you feel more awake.

  • Reduce Fat from Hips and Thighs

  • Wash your feet daily with mild soap & lukewarm water to protect them. Dry your feet well, especially between your toes.
  • Eat spinach (palak regularly to stabilize your blood sugar and prevent it from fluctuating too much.
  • Choose fresh fruit instead of fruit juices. Fruit juices contain a lot of sugar to sweeten them up.
  • If any time you feel extremely weak , begin to sweat, or breathing very fast, see your doctor.
  • Avoid sweets completely.
  • Fried and fatty foods should be minimized.
  • Insulin will work properly if overweight is reduced.
  • Foods containing more fibre should be taken. This will help to reduce the absorption of glucose into the blood stream, there by reducing the sugar level in the blood.
  • Consumption of egg yolk, mutton and beaf should be reduced. Take fish and chicken without skin instead.
  • Amount of oil used in a day should not exceed 4 teaspoons.
  • Avoid Vanaspathi and Margarine.
  • Reduce stress and maintain good health.
