Drink more water at the morning, less in the night;
Do not drink coffee twice a day;
Reduce volume of oily food;
Best sleeping time is from 10 at night to 6 at the! morning;
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm;
Do not take capsule with cool water;
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping;
8 hours lack of sleep will make a person stupid😉
