Heyy everybody out there๐
well all of u may ahve guessed it my topic is all about stomach, health, and sport...
- stomach! iam becoming fatter day by day! the cycle i have at home (mashine) is just IMPOSSIBLE to cycle with... its soo annoying! so i dotn know wht to do...... i wonder if it helps to run?? i mean run outside everyday .. i cannot do any form of exercise in the morning bcoz i have school and all that.....
so please can some1 tell what helps the most?? do running exzample BADMINTON help?? and what shuld i eat for "not to become fat" i mean on daiyly basis.... breakfast-lunch and dinner.... please write some summary or scheeme of what i shuld eat? ๐i mean mostly i read 500-2000 calories a day and im just liek ๐eh wht+? i dont know what food contains how much
i cannot even join any fitness forum.. kyunkii akele kis ka dil karta hai exercise karne ka???๐๐ so i want to exersice here at home.. soemthing which reallllyyyy helps! and yea taht i can find my old body again ๐ and have this smile๐ at my face again๐ญ๐ญ
* my dad said he is also gonna buy running maschine in august month.. but ofocurse i wanna do something before that.. and after in winter i can have need of that mashine na?
BTW ... WE EAT "ROTI" with saalan (ofcourse its no surprise) .. so i wonder if "roti" is unhealthy????๐ณ
