Chapter 9

Past

of cos Maan started plotting to get rid of Arjun

well he could not stand seeing Arjun and Geet's closeness

as expected Maan wanted to get closer to Geet

so Maan started with purchasing shares in Arjun's business

then he orchestrated the value of the company's stocks decreasing

this indeed led to the downfall of Arjun's company

Arjun was certainly tensed and was unable to meet Geet and Maan to discuss her dream project

Geet's concern for Arjun was justified

Maan was clearly happy that Arjun would not make it to the meeting

not surprised that Maan feigned innocence

Geet was oblivious to Maan's hidden agenda

now Maan assured Geet

ahh Maan was happy seeing Geet smile cos of him

all along Maan reassured Geet

whilst the background was ruining everything

great that Liana invited Maan and Geet over for lunch

well Maan was mesmerised seeing his gorgeous wife

he cannot help think about their past happy moments

he indeed ruined everything....

he clearly does not know how he is going to make Geet believe him

how will he gain her love and trust again?

if only he was honest from the outset about his feelings!

alas he chose to manipulate everything to gain Geet

sad seeing the silence between them

sad that she is dying a slow death every day

Geet's thoughts well portrayed

she does have a point regarding their charade

she was correct regarding the challenges ahead

she is certainly conflicted

she does have a point

she just wished to go back to those happy days

her resentment towards Maan was understandable

at least she saw pain and longing in Maan's hard

she does want to past this but the betrayal cut deep

Maan genuinely loves Geet and wants one chance

now they get intimate

hope that they will be able to rebuild what has been broken

Maan did not just take Geet away from Arjun, he caused him much more hurt. His family was tarnished, his businees was destroyed. Why did he have to go that far and destroy so much? Did he ever try to restore Arjun's lost honor?

Maan took away Geet's choice in who she wanted. That can not be easily forgotten. She may be resigned to her future, but that is not the same as wanting to be there.

Hope Arjun will not pursue revenge. He has every right to be angry, but revenge will not make him feel better. Hope he does recover his lost honor though.

chapter 9

Arjun is determined to follow his revenge plan. Even if he ends up destroying Maan, will Geet come back to him? Probably not.
