Star Plus continued to lead with Saathiya' topping ratings again with 177,600 viewers at 19:00, followed by Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' at 19:30 with 161,600 viewers and Diya Aur Baati Hum' at 21:00 with 127,000 viewers. Suhani Si Ek Ladki' at 18:30 registered 118,700 viewers and Silsila Pyaar Ka' at 20:30 with 117,800 viewers.

Netball captain-turned-actress asked to lose 15 kilos for her show
Not many know that Prachi Tehlan, who debuted in the show Diya Aur Baati Hum as a Pakistani girl, is former captain of the Indian National Netball team. She represented India in the Commonwealth Games in 2010, and in 2011, won a silver medal at the South Asian Beach Games. The sportswoman-turned-actress now has to go by the rules of showbiz and we hear that the makers of her show have asked her to reduce weight. She admits, "I never aspired to be an actress, so it was a surprise when I was offered the role. Being a Jat and a sportsperson, I have always been tall and well-built. I was asked to lose 15 kilos and I've already knocked off five kilos. I don't feel shy talking about my weight because it is not an issue. When you are so tall, the weight has to be in proportion to your height. But in glambiz, the dynamics change; they always want a thin girl." Ask Prachi if she has given up sports totally to be an actress and she says, "The show was a great opportunity. I would not want to give up sports but where are the opportunities to grow as a sportsperson in our country?" For now, it does look like the girl is here to stay.

Star Plus' record run in UK ratings continued last night with the 19:00 - 20:00 slot proving a huge success again, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' at 19:30 pulled in a huge 241,200 viewers - peaking at 293,000 viewers, followed by Saathiya' at 19:00 with 218,000 viewers and Suhani Si Ek Ladki' delivered its biggest ever ratings with 180,200 viewers. Diya Aur Baati Hum' at 21:00 pulled in 127,000 viewers. Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon' at 15:30 was top afternoon show on the channel with 31,000 viewers, followed by MasterChef India' at 13:00 with 20,300 viewers and Mahabharat' at 14:00 with 17,300 viewers.

She risks her life for her flag. She gets this chance to raise her flag on Republic flag. Sandhya gets the flag and raises it successfully. Sooraj happily hugs Sandhya. Sandhya salutes the Indian flag and proves she has real Indian spirit.
