Even if they are removing taveez, what right do they have to do so? That too in exchange of relief material. How sick is that!

Never saw anything like this when relief materials were given in India during covid crisis or other natural calamities.

And quoting wikipedia, lol. Less said the better!

That was exactly my thought. Fine they were wearing Taveez, but it was their Religious belief, why and how can you ask them to remove it in lieu of relief material.

They could have "guided" them that it's not correct etc if they wanted to, but why remove it when there were people willing to keep wearing it..

And some people think it's ok and the one objecting it is spreading hate

Even guidance in such times of calamities is wrong because the victims are already in an impressionable and susceptible state. It's like abusing someone's helplessness. It's cruel and inhumane.

You can guide all you want when the other person is not under pressure to comply.

Here, During covid times so many food materials (cooked & uncooked) were distributed without seeing caste or religious beliefs of the recipients and without trying to instill our personal beliefs onto a person who's already under duress and susceptible.

I can't believe I am saying this but can't see any more Hindu genocide. My advice to every minority there like Litton Das, Soumya Sarkar (Using them because they are prominent) and every others is to just pass over the border or shift elsewhere. Or if you don't want to just convert. No point doing the resistance. It's not 1971 when help will come. Nothing will come.

And it seems so tragic that whatever happened around 1971 all gone to waste.

They will pay for the actions soon. No matter what Bangladeshis are much more respected than pakistanis. But not anymore. Everyone they need to be given the same treatment.

We need to have the same no Cricket with them as well. Nothing will happen to us. They won't survive.

Maybe cancel the recent series where they are coming here. Treat them like how we do with pak. No ipl, no help and funding and no regular tours.

If we can't cancel the current series. Then let it be the Last one. Actaully BCCI can dominate and starve the 2 rouges in either side for every penny but we are not Expansionist like China. Nature me hi nahin hai. smiley39

In ideal cases I would have said just grab it back and rectify the mistake of 1971 but US won't let that happen.

P. S. Don't give me the Bullshit of Don't mix politics and Sport. Russia is a prime example of the hypocrisy of the whole world.

Totally agree with everything.

Infact full population exchange should have happened in 1947. They are incapable of peacefully coexisting with other communities. But past is past. If we learn from the previous mistakes, even that would be a great achievement. Many are still oblivious to the blazing realities and that would only cause similar conditions in India too, sooner or later.
