Shepherd gone
2nd Wicket for Ferguson
West Indies Innings
16.2 Ferguson to Shepherd, OUT
A Ferguson celebrappeal, and the finger goes up. That looked pretty plumb! Shortish on middle and off. Decks back in off the surface and keeps low too. Shepherd, swiping across the line, misses it by a margin and the ball pins him on the back leg, right in front of middle stump. Shepherd has reviewed it, but it looks more in hope than anticipation. No bat involved and Ball Tracking has it smashing into middle stump, two-thirds of the way up. West Indies are eight down now!
END OF OVER 17
4 runs • 1 wicket
WI: 107/8
CRR: 6.29
SE Rutherford
30 (26)
AS Joseph
2 (2)
LH Ferguson
4-0-27-2
JDS Neesham
4-0-27-1
If Rutherfords bats through the full quota of overs West Indies can easily get to 130+.
Boult last over
Just don get out
Arjun nelluru: How on earth did WI drop Shai Hope (their best all format player) and Hetmyer?!! There's no meaning in playing Roston Chase as a pure batter when you don't need his bowling abilities. Hetmyer is better than him on any given day and they need quality of Hope at the top. Disappointing team selection!!
West Indies Innings
17.2 Boult to Alzarri Joseph, FOUR runs
Gets it away! Slower delivery dug into the track on leg stump. Joseph gets inside the line, rolls his wrists and tickles it past short fine leg. Southee cannot catch up and those are four vital runs!
they got out
West Indies Innings
17.5 Boult to Alzarri Joseph, OUT
Cleans him up!
Alzarri Joseph b Boult 6 (6b 1x4 0x6) SR: 100
3 wicket haul for Boult
