It is an attractive song and she has a very strong, very large and sycophantic fan base that will give the song the initial impetus that always helps.
Also to add : as we listen to people like Palak who has been around for 10 years now and is about to turn 30 in a few months, it gives a new perspective of just how... I guess blessed is the only word... just how blessed Arunita really is. She makes everything sound so melodious, so effortless, and across such a wide vocal range.
Song is good but she has very nasal tone like HR - let's see how it fares after 3 days - might do well, because, as you said, she is an established singer and she is promoting the song. Why do you come to that conclusion?
She is doing 1.5K/min now almost. She will make 2M in 24 hours at that rate. And the rate will increase because the song will trend within 6 hours.
