I have tried everything, Sabkuch karke they finally linked back my EMAIL to my ID & I GOT My account Back.

Such a relief. Thank you all for helping me out.

Applying again n again with details & submission of all Screenshots of emails, today just few minutes back I got access back to my ID.

Process is very tedious but I kept on filling forms & giving detailed info to them as guided by Smitten ji's post. That did the work.
