Atleast they should promptly look into why an account got hacked and reply to the member....but probably they will demand money from you...

I agree it’s tough to get account even when you know your password and they ask you to change it but don’t even properly allow that even and you have to then make a new one and start over. In this case it being a verified account and you paying and locking it is plain ridiculous. They should contact the member and get whatever they need to verify the account in case that’s what they want rather then leaving someone hanging.

@smitten maybe you could help as you in Silicon Valley and maybe some IT people might know best way to reach musk or something.

Hi Jess! :) I’m out right now, but I’ll check on it and keep you and Guddu posted here if I find anything useful since I know your Twitter account had a similar issue. Did that ever get sorted out?

me not really but I didn’t even get a chance to verify or get a blue tik. I was going to get it once I had access so won’t have issues but now seeing that Sameer who had a blue tik has still getting the run around and so on but is account seems to been hacked though.

Oh! It seems account is hacked..

Check spam ,promotion folders or even trash bin.. there may be reply from them..
