Farhan Akhtar won for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. Ranveer was nominated, but for Ram-Leela instead.
Frankly, Ranveer deserved dual nominations that year over Ranbir's useless Bunny character. I never bothered with Krrish 3 but I wonder if there was anything award-worthy about Hrithik's performance in that.
