Then what about Govinda? Aamir? Rani has a long history of going after married men long before Aditya Chopra. His own parents opposed him leaving Payal for Rani. There's a reason Rani didn't become Mrs. Chopra until after Yashji passed away.

You've lost all credibility when you claim that Aish had an affair with Amitabh. Do you think Jaya would have been so chummy with Aish for the first decade of their marriage if her daughter-in-law and husband had been together? Next you're going to make up more disgusting lies like Amitabh is the father of Aish's daughter, not Abhishek.

BTW if we're going into a prospective daughter-in-law who may have had a relationship with Amitabh, it's not Aish but Rani herself. On Black, Amitabh and Jaya felt uncomfortable about the kiss scene between Rani and Amitabh because Rani was dating Abhishek at the time. Amitabh pushed to remove this kiss but Bhansali said it was necessary for the film. Bachchans asked Rani to step down from the film but she refused. Jaya already disliked her strongly (despite Rani trying to ingratiate herself to the media as the new Jaya since both women were Bengali and had the height difference with the Bachchan men) and they had a legendary feud on the set of Laaga Chunari Mein Daag. Amitabh also didn't like Rani and was not in her corner. Bachchans also knew about her relationship with Aditya as the other woman and that made them feel uncomfortable, that she was not a suitable daughter-in-law. Say what you want about Aish, but clearly they approved of her if they allowed that marriage to go on, no matter what messy relationships she may have had in the media. They had problems with Rani because she was a homewrecker and had issues with Karishma due to rumors that Babita used her as a high-class escort. Rumor has it that after the Bachchans were privately told about Karishma, they had someone check on the story and when it proved to be true, they broke the engagement. Karishma is the victim here though because of her mother, but Rani is no victim as she spoiled her own chances.

Type in Bollywood favorite friendships and Preity/Aish's friendship always comes up. Just a quick Google search netted me these links at the top. It's well documented that these two adore each other and their friendship started because Preity asked Aish for her blessing to replace her in Veer-Zaara. I posted this in another thread but it applies here too. Rekha shares her heartwarming story about how she first met Aish. Was sitting in her car going home in the rain when out of the mist, she saw Aish. She was so captivated by her beauty that she ordered the car to be stopped and got out to give Aish a big hug. Told her she knew Aish would be something special and she'd see her one day again when she was something big.

Josh was originally meant for Salman and Aish. Salman said no because he didn't want to play Aish's brother. That's when SRK was roped in for the role. Aish was attached to it from the get-go.

Sonam was disrespectful to Aish, calling her an aunty. Forgetting that many of Sonam's own onscreen partners have been romanced by Aish herself like Salman, yet she doesn't call Salman an uncle.

Also Aish is friends with Tabu. She gets along better with South Indians which is also why she wants to launch her daughter in the south, against the Bachchans' wishes. While conversing with Bollywood Now, Maria opened up about working with the former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She had only good things to say about the actress and shared that she has styled Aishwarya's hair just once for Devdas' song, Silsila Ye Chahat Ka. Maria further added that she met her when she was working for Kangana Ranaut in Greece. The veteran hairstylist said that she thought Aishwarya wouldn't recognise her, but surprisingly, she did. "Once I had gone to Greece, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan too were there. The stairs there were a little strange and it was also sort of dark. Continuing her thoughts on the same, the hairstylist recalled an incident, where she had an ugly fight with Rani Mukerji. She revealed that the actress used to make a fuss over her hairstyles and would ask the stylists to change her hair. Maria said:

"Rani Mukerji did one thing. I had a friend named Flory, and she asked me if I could help her with Rani Mukerji as she had to go somewhere. I told Flory that I had a bride in the morning, so can I leave an assistant? Rani said yes that time, so I went. You know what she (Rani) used to do, she would call us in the hotel, and later she would tell me not to come and instead would ask todo her hair on the shoot location. I don't know what was her nature. However, she would ask to change her hairstyle as she didn't like anything. I have worked with such big artists and she was speaking like this to me."

Moreover, Maria also added that at last, Rani asked for the company's hairstylist to work on her hair. But this incident left her furious over the actress. She said that Sushmita Sen never complained about her work and would often call for her as the actress liked her work, but Rani did not even like the way Maria blow-dried or straightened her hair. Recalling this bad experience with Rani, the veteran hairstylist said:

Fortunately, human beings - in general - aren't uni-dimensional but multi-dimensional.

I am sure that many of the positive things written about Aish are true, but certainly also some of the not-so-nice things.

What I can vouch for, is the way she has learned to portray herself in public...and she can be really warm-hearted and very kind.
