1How very sad - for Kartik and the close ones to the other people who died or had been severely injured. 
This hoarding collapse is such a shame.
It was in Lima book of records and yet no BMC or railway official approved it.
The guy whose company put it up has multiple criminal cases against him.
Bizarre. Some officers took money and hoarding was up, people lost lives. So infuriating. I hope culprits are punished.
