With the numbers you quoted it seems so...however I'm not (yet) believing in these numbers (if they aren't for the reported trilogy).

This is fine and all but why does Ranbir have to be playing Ram 😭😭. He has morphed into Sanju Baba 2.0 with Animal .

$100 million is insane. Hollywood directors and producers are used to making movies with those budgets, but for Bollywood? It's uncharted territory. It makes sense for someone like Rajamouli to have a budget like that, he is experienced and knows how to work very well with big budgets, and you can see the money well spent onscreen.

Nitesh Tiwari's entire filmography consists of making movies with small budgets. I fear this is a situation where he'll be way in over his head and completely mismanage all that money. Ayan did exactly that. The producers need to very closely keep things in check or all that money will be blown or laundered so quickly we'll end up with another Adipurush or Brahmastra situation.

Also casting Ranbir as Ram is such an odd choice considering he is already in his 40s. By the time the 3rd part comes out (if it ever does) he'll be 50+. A huge chunk of the budget will just go to de-aging him.

Bruh this the stupidest business decision ever lol. Why would you wait two years to release something when now is the optimal time to release it lol.

Scale down the budget, write a half-decent script and earn 2x the amount. Waise bhi the genre is oversaturated.

Supposedly it’s the post production VFX that’s taking so long. 800 crores takes a long time to spend.

This one is already giving Brahmstra energy.
