Christmas had been 4 months before this Tweet...and then, why even give importance to what media writes?
Let Ranbir do what he has to do in h i s opinion to make the movie an enjoyable movie.
Obviously he achieved that with his last film as I often read about how intense his performance had been (which I don't doubt, though).
Even if he continues to drink alcohol or to eat meat what does it matter if his performance will be at the level of his abilities.
PR-article don't matter to me (neither positive nor negative ones).
