Not an achievement that thousands have come to listen to him??
Bhai aisa karte hain....ki humtum Punjab chal kar gaate hain.....10 log bhi nahi aayenge sunne.....
So easy to downplay someone's hard work...
It’s literally a no brainer;
300,000 Indians live in Vancouver
55,000 seats in the stadium
What’s so shocking about it being a sold out stadium or biggest Punjabi concert out of Indian?
Just in the other thread you were giving gyaan about not looking down on Bhojpuri industry.....and here you are looking down on Punjabi audience.......55000 people bought tickets for the show....and its not an achievement??? Martians aate fir achievement hoti???
It’s a no-brainer.
While I get your point. Not every Punjabi Indian artist can sell out 19k let alone 55k tix, that too in this economy. Let the dude have his moment. 😆Originally posted by: Shaitan-Haiwan
I love Diljit but this is NOT an achievement. Vancouver is basically an extension of Punjab what else would one expect from his concert there ?
I agree with you, BI, it is indeed an achievement, done through Imtiaz' movie where Diljit and Parineeti enthused far more than a sold-out 55k people stadium.
May Diljit have from now on even more success...as an actor and singer
He literally has so many brand endorsements in Vancouver - he’s on bus stops, hoardings, is the face of one of the banks and also a grocery store.
It shouldn’t be hard to believe that his show would be sold out in Vancouver which is basically a mini Punjab. Not sure why we’re fighting this? Literally all his people are here

If it is that easy than why cant everyone do it? Even his recent tour with Mouni, Sonam, Nora was a huge flop show.
Akshay's show is expected to draw a minimum of 8,000 to 10,000 fans, says Ajay Virmani, President of Toronto-based Cargojet, who organises shows and dabbles in film production.
Akshay's show may eclipse the demand for the Unforgettable show in Vancouver, which was scheduled for August 17. It has been cancelled due to poor ticket sales, attributed to the fact that Akshay was not going to perform in the concert.
It is no secret that the Toronto show did not sell more than 8,000 tickets in a stadium where they could seat 30,000 people.
