Looks like average to good reviews from Akki's new movie. He needs to stop this over exposure of 6 movies per year if he wants to deliver a success with original content.

Once again his movie is getting decent review, but no one is turning up to watch them, not even Akki fans

It seems to me that he has lost a lot of goodwill since the last 10 years... too many things accumulated - besides the number of movies/remakes...

- he 'lied' about his Canadian citizenship

- he gave opportunistic vibes when the government changed

- he bragged about his work-time on a movie (was it Gold?) and that wasn't well received (the bragging)

- he kind of 'churned out' movies

- he changed his citizenship like wanting to get sympathy (in a low phase)

I can't comment on the quality of his movies as I didn't watch him anymore after Brothers...I just felt a growing disinterest for his work (but I liked a lot of his movies before)

However, he is so firmly established in the Hindi filmindustry...I really would like that he bounces back...maybe in 2025???

Don't write him off. He just needs to go back to what has worked for him i.e. Welcome, Houseful and all those things

He was never an actor with a lot of range so doing all these serious dramas which no one is taking seriously anymore just won't cut it. Even if the movie has good content, people are sick of his pseudo patriotism

I think his BMCM and Housefull movies are going to click. Won't be record breaking but will be Hits
