I don't follow politics and I don't know what's going with politics but yes Bollywood is being attacked unfairly for this drug. I am sure politicians do drugs and has done much more with killings and etcs and other professions do drugs too, investigate their phones calls too, why only investigate and focus on bollywood celebs phones with drug usage

I think you misunderstood my point.. I was pointing at the idea of painting and identifying of an enemy, a collective enemy as the main problem.. and that's scary. BW is being targeted as that enemy at the moment.. if the gov/authorities know that such horror (corruption, abuse of power, murder) is going on in BW or a few powerful ppl misusing their power then they should by all means go after those people.. specific people thru legal channels.. not what they're doing right now, with the whole "they are immoral, they are not normal, they use drugs" who the f is "they"? That's more dangerous! Trust me, as much as aam ppl want to see heads rolling in the name of justice.. this "bottled up frustration" resulting in collective and public persecutions is not the way to go.. it'll sooner or later come after much less powerful ppl (the aam folks) in the same manner..

They won’t go after the big suppliers or dealers bcoz most of them have political connections. You think any illegal activity in India can go on large scale without the blessings of police and politicians??? The illegal activities like drugs and brothels in India are maintained by giving hafthas to the politicians. If the government wishes to, then they can clean up the drug nexus overnight. Instead, they just giving out celebrity names for the publicity.

It’s like the cow lynchings that happens in BJP ruled states. The RSS gundas killed many Muslims on the suspicion of them eating beef. But when enquired, it was found out that some BJP netas are in the Beef export business. So , they make a law banning beef in India, but it’s ok for them to export it to West , where the beef consumption is high and they can make huge profits.

yeah their livelihood depends on it.. they feed off of each other.. I am always just so surprised by ppl not connecting the dots.. acting as if corruption suddenly is a very very foreign concept.. It's not wrong to be a bit sceptical (it's actually good if you're) but to blame BW for all the ill doings of the world just screams "got ma priorities all wrong.. very very wrong".
