This may sound irrelevant but I feel bad for these girls... Kriti has not said much and she has been receiving social media backlash for maintaining her silence... on the other hand Ankita who has been vocal regarding her support for Sushant and his family, recieving backlash as well for being 'extra vocal'. She has been called an attention seeker.. SAD....we all deal with pain differently... Both of them were closely associated with Sushant..specifically Ankita..she was with him for more than 7 years...

And we are nothing but mere spectators..we won't get what they are going through..

Section 20(B) - produces, manufactures, possesses, sells, purchases, transports, imports inter-State, exports inter-State or uses cannabis, shall be punishable.

Section 27(A) - Consuming a narcotic drug or psychotropic substance that includes cocaine, morphine, diacetylmorphine or any other narcotic drug/psychotropic substance, is specified in this section.

Section 28 - punishment for any offender slapped with the NDPS Act.

Section 29 - Punishment for abetment and criminal conspiracy.

These are the charges slapped on Rhea. The judge refused bail because of possibility she might influence others.

NCB might be wrong, of course. But if charges are anything to go by, they do believe she was guilty of more than merely "buying weed" for SSR.

Why should ankita have reached out to him after breakup? Tab clingy aur desperate nahin hoti kya? And letting her stay in the joint property was obviously a mutual decision.

Same for rhea. Has anyone tried stopping a loved from from doing something that 'might' might be harmful? Most of the times bas jhagda hi hota hai.

And btw has this even been established that weed is bad for mental health to the extent of pushing someone to suicide? Kuch aur nahin mila toh grasping on straws

I am not asking for court documents, I am asking for a charge-sheet because you are claiming that Rhea has been charged by NCB

As far as I know this information is from remand application and Rhea is being investigated under those charges, NCB has not filed any charge sheet unless they did and I am not aware of it hence asked you to provide the copy

The case is not even at trial stage and people are ready with their judgements 😆
