Only thing I remember from the film is dola re (ICONIC!) and Aish running in the last scene 😆

he is a set designer not a directorThat movie was pure torture . SLB is the most overrated director ever and Khamoshi is the only actual decent movie he has ever made
Madhuri's scenes elevated the film. SRK's performance was overwrought and inconsistent and Aish's - mostly bland. And I could never buy that those two beautiful women would have fallen in love with the boring, possessive drunk. They had more chemistry with each other than with SRK. I'm sure the lame script and the length of the film weren't exactly helpful. ;)
This was the Devdas highlight for me:

How can i relive the magic when i haven't even watched it once 😆
Sheer torture ....and that is coming form a shahrukh fan 😳
My principal was crazy about this movie that time 😆
how can you forget to post hamesha tumko chaha?
Quiet possibly the most torturous experience of all time in my years of watching Bollywood films. Would never want to relive this.
Only Madhuri made this movie watchable. Ash and her hamming...ugh!
Devdas was an arse that neither deserved Paro nor did he deserve Chandramukhi.
It was a beautiful looking movie, doesn't mean it was a good movie.
May not be my fav story, yet I can say for sure that the book is not even nearly as bad as the movie😆
One of SLB’s worst, there’s so much great Bengali literature available for adaptation into films...not sure why the worst ones get selected. SRK was painful to watch in this, Aish and MD were tolerable.
Was an audiovisual treat though.
