Raju Hirani's Sanju did make a lot of money on first day. But for sure it didn't cross 44cr. 😆 But it sure did cross some flop actor Ranbir Kapoor's film Bombay Velvet's lifetime of 20cr.

Good on Raju Hirani and his record. Pity, he couldn't beat PK. And no we don't need Taran's figures coz even Krish 3 made 240cr according to them. Haha.

On that basis, it shows how Hirani can make a dud star who delivered a 5cr opening with a mainstream film, go all that high on numbers. 😆 Bombay Velvet 5cr with Anushka & Kjo. 😆 JJ 8cr with Katrina & Basu. 😆

varun only sells when he does those brainless masala movies, otherwise he is useless and no1curr about him.

Consistency is better for long term. The more duds show how you lack star power without certain scripts and directors. YJHD is not the parameter. Watch how all is faded in next 2 years

Agreed. I didn't watch a BW for like 8 years because I wasn't enjoying any and I remember one of the last ones I had watched was a David Dhawan movie. And then I was bored one day watching old BW songs on youtube and BKD's title track showed up on autoplay and that actually got me back into BW 😆 I think only Varun can make me tolerate his father's movies. He's just got this likability and charm.
