And a profession like medicine only should accept those who are 100% focused on it with passion.

No one's going to get that medical seat if she leaves it. She'll have to pay a bond amount and the seat goes wasted. That's not fair to someone who lost the seat to her and was serious about a medical career.

I am sorry darling.
This is India.
Here superstars like Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone are worshipped. They are honoured, loved and respected by millions of people and fans.
Who the hell gives a f**k about doctors? They are just like mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches.
I hope Manushi joins the showbiz world for money, power and fame.
😎

Doctors have more money and power than ur Bollywood actors. They get it late but they get it anyway. And fame comes too if ur smart enough.
And it's people with ur mentality that end up beating doctors for not being able to save a life inspite of giving their 200 percent for that person's treatment. And who demand doctors to charge minimal fees for consultation that too after dedicating their whole youth n life for saving your ungrateful lives.
Achche din indeed!

🤣
You are kidding me, right? Which mosquito doctor earns more than Salman and Deepika? Dude celebs earn crores in just one endorsement. And which cockroach doctor is more popular than a Ranbir Kapoor or Katrina Kaif? Doctors in India are a joke. Neither do they know anything how to treat properly nor they know how to save a life nor does anybody give a f**k about them. A doctor is equivalent to a dog in India. Period.

The first every Miss World from India was from Bombay/Goa and was a medical student. And she continued pursuing medicine after completing her pagent duties. And she doesn't have to continue her medicine career in India. She's a government med student so there's no chakkar of donation or stuff, meritorious hai bhai. So whatever she thought will be well thought. She should ideally be a third year medical student. So whatever she decides is well thought. And government medical seat aise nahi milta. I know people who have dropped years and paid for a seat in India where money or power equals to a seat in medicine in most cases.

^@hum2whatever, won't argue with this BS mentality of yours.
Because u won't even understand how much progress medical science has made in India, courtesy these very doctors who u claim to not know anything and are equivalent to dogs, thanks to ur imitedd IQ. So yeah, be under the delusion that doctors in India are crap and say that once again when u or ur loved one needs their help and is saved by them. I assure u, even then that doctor will save ur life again whenever the need arises.

About the money bit, yup surely celebs earn in crores per endorsement but the moment ur out of the limelight, nobody can help u. I'm not really talking about superstars here, I said Bollywood actors. Doctors don't need anyone's help to earn money. They can never be unemployed :)So yeah, in that context, doctors enjoy a lot of money and power, even more than ur stars.

And this person who is hiding behind a computer and hurling insults at a doctor doesn't have the guts to say that to a doctor face to face. I'm so damn sure 😆

Being a doctor is more honourable than being a movie actor

Really? Why is it more honorable? They are both work you get paid for. Different lifestyles. Different motivations. But why attach honor to it? What is dishonorable about Bollywood? A doctor can be a hack, corrupt, money hungry, harrasser of patients etc too! 😕 I would say that it might be more safe to complete the degree so that in case her acting career does not fly she can perhaps go back to medicine if needed.

Movies can save lives too by being inspirational...they can also bring about change in people's lives!

I believe that everyone's struggle is different. Every profession has to respected. And every profession serves the masses in one way or the other. Nothing is a superior or inferior profession as long as it's legal.
But in this case, Manushi can do endorsements and continue her medical career. She doesn't have to come to BW. She'll still be known as Miss World 2017 right. A doctor's profession needs commitment, and in a country like India with such an alarming population more and more doctors are needed. There is no dearth of actors in the country right. Though it would help a lot more if the health budget is increased too to improve the standards of healthcare in our country.
And she does seem to be a smart girl, cracking AIPMT in 1st attempt is indeed huge. Such knowledge and talent shouldn't go waste.
