The apartment is still its decorating stage and actor's mom Karuna Dhawan is looking over it
The gen-next star Varun Dhawan has proved to be the box office king of 2017. By giving two back to back Rs 100 crore club films with Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Judwaa 2, the 30-year old actor has indeed the become the bankable star of Bollywood. Varun will soon shift in his new apartment, which is located in Juhu. Varun recently shared the glimpse of his new bachelor pad for his fans on Instagram and captioned it, "#MYHOUSE. New feeling". The apartment is still its decorating stage and actor's mom Karuna Dhawan is looking over it.
However, Varun will not be able to shift before December since he is currently in Delhi shooting for Shoojit Sircar's October along with debutante Banita Sandhu. The actor will only get time after wrapping the schedule towards the end of November. As per Mumbai Mirror, a source said that "Varun has been living in a hotel since he started shooting in Delhi. It doesn't make sense to shift to the new house till he wraps up his work. But he has managed to set things in motion with a pooja there when the October team got a brief break from the shoot for Diwali. Varun also attended a few Diwali bashes at friends' houses during the time, before flying back to Delhi." After shifting into his bachelor pad in December, Varun also plans to throw a housewarming party for his family and close friends. Dhawan has an interesting line-up in 2018, with one being October which is said to be more darker than Badlapur, while the next is YRF's Sui-Dhaaga along with Anushka Sharma, which will be helmed by Dum Lagake Haisha director Sharat Katariya.
