He should'nt have rejected hum tum may b he would've survived a bit longer than he did
He definetly deserved a second chance coz he is very talented..
Also unlike other celebs he does'nt believe in blowing his own trumpet which i really admire

I think I should also give credit to his wife as well. She seems like a very lovely person, I like how simple and mellow she is. I know now days some people see such house wives as not so empowering but if she is doing things for her husband and her family out of love and kindness and they appreciate each other then I guess it's equally empowering as eventually it comes down to her choice compared to so many materialistic star wives.

She seems lovely. She wasn't dressed like red carpet , it was a nice change to see her in normal clothes at home and serving food.
She is a millionaire's daughter, still no airs. She is classy.

So moral of the story is that you are as good as your wife😛

Um, deserved more? He has a comfortable home, a lovely family, his morals are still intact, he is healthy, he is cultured and down to earth, he is enjoying his life and he has money. What else? 😆
In fact, other BW stars who seem to have- more- are actually living a sad and a lonely life.

He dared to speak against Sallu so he had to pay the price, industry ganged up against him and showed him the door.
He demeaned himself by grovelling for maafi from Sallu but it didnt work.
He shd switch to negative or supporting roles like Akshay Khanna has. he certainly has acting talent
But hes doing well in life, does an occasional film, has a nice family, wife, 2 little kids...and hes doing financially well,
Ive read that he has made lots of money from real estate investments

He had turned real-estate developer with his company Karrm Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd and a has a stake in Raghuleela Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

Oberoi has invested in several start-ups, mostly in the healthcare and education space, in the last five years.

Yes he is well settled in life, but he deserved more on-screen

@Pallavi - I agree, he should shift to supporting roles. There are not many actors in that category. Irfan, Nawaz and RajKumar are only 3 good supporting actors. VO would add value to this category.

He got 20 films after that controversy till now, abhi bhi mil rahi hai, Bank Chor aayi thi kuch din pehle.

Solo, Multistarer, big project films - All he got, if he can't perform well, it ain't Salman's fault or Industry did it intentionally.

Vivek got prominent role of Maya Gangster in Shootout at Lokhandwala, a film produced by Sanjay Dutt, Salman's best friend, Co-starred with Arbaaz Khan, Salman's brother.

Krrish 3, KIsna such big budget Subhash ghai film, Masti Series with Grand Masti being Super HIt...??

How much does ppl will blame Salman for pressuring Industry =)) 🤣

Oh trust me on this, if his career had taken off and he was a part of the big league, he wouldn't have all the things he has now. Circumstances play a huge role. They mold and change you.
I think he is so down to earth partly because he saw a lot of shit in life otherwise Saathiya ke time he was floating on cloud nine.

I just watched Zilla Ghaziabad on TV and Vivek was damn good in the movie, he looked very good too, more mature and manly than before.
Sanju was so OTT in the movie that watching Vivek was a relief. 😆
Eijaz Khan was there in his brother's role.

Youre right, there are so few good supporting actors, also they shd make more movies with 2-3 male leads as before...like the multistarrers of the 80s and 90s
