HNY Niks!

Oh, I actually haven't seen it :P but I meant the Creature kind of movies.

Just watched Bachna Ae Haseeno 2 weeks back and she plays a diva so well.

Even she could star in a remake of The Proposal. As you can see, I'm obsessed with this movie. 😆

Birthday Special: 10 reasons why we want to raid Bipasha Basu's vacation wardrobe

January 6, 2017 Shikha Kohli 4636 reads 0 comments

While we sit at work and stalk Bipasha Basu as she posts flawless vacation pictures on her Instagram, we can't help but sob! After all the sobbing and feeling bad for self, there is another thing we drool over and it is Bipasha Basu's vacation wardrobe. We all know that Bipasha Basu is the ultimate beach bum and with a body like that, why would someone not want to always hit the beach!

Here are some of her vacation looks we love:

1. The shirt dress is a huge trend in 2017 and Bipasha Basu showed us how to ace it, along with the monochrome trend when traveling with the white ruffle sleeve dress, she finished the look with keds and a tote.

2. Mrs. Basu Grover sipped her vacation refreshments in a red cold shoulder top, but what we are loving is the detailed golden choker and reflective sunglasses she added.

3. Her vacation date night outfits are on fleek! Be it a bell sleeve, choker style, printed tunic dress or a cold shoulder floral jumper, paired with gladiator sandals and black dress.

4. Keeping it short, this pair of pineapple print shorts with white Bardot neckline top is such an easy breezy vacation look.

Another look we love is this co-ord set which has a pair of embellished scallop hemline shorts with a strappy embellished top. A shimmery cross body bag and pink pumps seamlessly completed the look.

5. Throwing a splash of colour into her denim dress, with colorful sneakers and a bright yellow cross body bag, Bipasha nailed the vacation style.

6. The actress did the perfect vacation look again in this fun and flirtatious, batwing sleeve, cold shoulder, printed dress.

7. Flowing with the breeze Bipasha had a real like Bollywood moment in this beautiful backless maxi dress.

8. This beach bum has her swimsuit game on-point! Be it an aqua blue bikini, striped bikini with a floppy hat or this Aztec fringe bikini. Brightening up her beach days, she also wore a hot pink or bright green bikini. This floral halter neck bikini is such a fun number!

9. Speaking of bikini's, Bipasha also has a wide variety of chic bikini cover ups. Be it the printed and crochet cover up's with fringe hems or a long line high slit cover up.

10. Even her accessories game is on point. From crochet chokers, sun hats, reflective sunglasses and fedora's along with feather earrings all of these statement accessories perfectly put her look together.

Here is wishing this beach bum a very happy birthday!

Love Bips' style. I'm a beach bum like her (though I don't get to go the beach so often), but would love to steal her wardrobe/swimsuits.

I watched Shehr-E-Zaat last. I have seen bits and pieces of Humsafar and ZGH. Basically the parts which have the lead couple in them. 😛 Your review?

I'm waiting for Bates Motel to air now. Love creepy stuff lol. Watch NCIS and Law and Order on and off. Nothing on Indian TV currently.

Humsafar and ZGH are amazing shows! Such brilliant direction, writing, acting etc. indian tv shows are a pile of shit in comparison! I watched sher-e-zaat too! Loved Mahira's acting in it, but I found it quite a bit sexist too! You might judge me for saying this, but from the past 2 weeks I have started watching chandra nandini, even though I despised rajat as AKbar, this show has got me hooked, because of the chemsitry between the leads, currently the hero is getting jealous, which is a good watch lol, I am sure soon it will go to the shits though, just enjoying it while it is of ok quality lol!

Lol no judgement. I watched Swaragini for a while, can you imagine? 😆

Sexist- I find most shows have an undercurrent of sexism in them. Mahira was indeed good in it.

Chandra Nandini- Will check it out on YouTube. I hope there is more of Nandini and Chandra and less of the rest, so I can see their chemistry.

yeh I agree every show to some extent is sexist, but Shehr-e-zaat really made it seem like that Mahira's character deserved all this for not being an amazing docile pakistani wife! Which reeally pissed me off! I wanted her to kick that idiot away! Instead she continued to live with him! It was just sad! I didn't agree with the message!

I liked all of the 3 performances mentioned. She was also quite good in Shikhar (the movie was quite OTT but I liked her pairing with Shahid, its also probably the only movie she ever did with Shahid), but her best performance is probably Corporate... back when Madhur didn't start caricaturing himself and his movies, lol. She had a good arc in Bachna Ae Haseeno, the role was quite meaty. Would like to see her back on-screen again but I guess her time is up, sadly.
