Recently, there was news that 'Mirzya' actress Saiyami Kher will replace Kriti Sanon in Ranjit Tiwari's Lucknow Central. Apparently, Kriti Sanon opted out of the project as she didn't want to work with Farhan Akhtar who is playing the male lead.

However, reacting to the reports Kriti Sanon clarified to a leading daily saying that, "Not true at all. I was very excited about doing Lucknow Central as it is a really good script. My decision to opt out had nothing to do with Farhan. Unfortunately, the shooting schedule of the film got changed and because of some of my prior commitments I had no option but to opt out of the film. I look forward to working with Farhan in the future."
