It comprises of so many things.. that eyeball number - apart from physical aspect of a person -- starting from vibes they give off, to their way of sitting, standing/walking, gesticulations, movements, the way they see, smile = their demeanor = these things cannot be described and cannot be seen/felt the same way by everyone. And then, their voice, height, different quirks if there are any --- there are just countless things about a person that can seem attractive to another person, perhaps not imagined by himself before!
So yes, this is how even 'unattractive' or plain looking people start looking appealing to different eyes.. It's more so when we see people alive, before our eyes but I digress :))
