And no, you're friend got it wrong. It's SRK's biography with Bollywood history coming throughout the book in bits and pieces. Hence the name 'King of Bollywood'. The chapter about his parent's death is the most heart-breaking. The details he remembers about those moments makes you cry.

^ I have King of Bollywood book with me as well and it's pretty interesting. Although it's not entirely focused on SRK directly, it does have important things about his journey and how it all affected Bollywood indirectly. It's a good read since Anupama Chopra has done a good job

I am waiting for the million and one articles that will start popping up after this interview airs...Its like for every sentence that SRK speaks ...there will be one article...😆

How is it that the most simple basic statements can be analysed to their nano level & misconstrued by some? Too much time on hand or myopia?

Oh, you can count on that.

I hate that they have made him retreat into shell on some level. Constantly making controversies from his interviews and questioning each writing piece he ever came out with, it's just maddening. He has so much to say and now he's mostly stopped saying it.

I just ordered it today along with Anupama's book, cost me a fortune. 😆

I loved the book. It's a must read for all die hard SRK fans. Sheikh doesn't leave out any detail. It talks about his entire life from childhood to super stardom. And when you read about his struggles and all the obstacles he faced, your heart will melt.

I don't know about Anupama's book. But I'm really content with the way Sheikh put together this entire book.
