Rangeela girl Urmila Matondkar turns 40

Urmila Matondkar, who is remembered for her memorable performances in movies like Satya, Judaai, Jungle and Ek Haseena Thhi among others, was born on February 4, 1974 in Mumbai to a lecturer father and home-maker mother.
She started her career as a child artist. She was only 7 when she appeared in Shyam Benegal's 1981 film Kalyug and is best known for her role as a child artist in Shekhar Kapur's Masoom, 1983.
She made her adult debut with Bade Ghar Ki Beti.
