Tusshar Kapoor: From Leading Roles To Backup Dancing

I would like to commence by wishing you all a very Happy New Year! May you all be blessed with lots of new DVDs and posters of Dhoom 3 and 4 (cause duhh, they will make that one too).

Anyway, since it's a new year, it makes sense to start it off on the right foot (or toes if you're unfortunate enough to be missing the heels and soles). That being said, let us discuss about the very wretched and sloppy career (or lack thereof) of Tushan Kapoor. Oh sorry, I was just corrected by Bollywood grammar. it's actually Tusshar Kapoor (lol that's actually a name?). Now what concerns me is the fact that he has replaced not only Sunny Deol but also Govinda as the biggest hijra of all time :-) Being a mixture of some goat and Karan Johar in terms of looks, and a mixture of Amisha Patel (the gender suits him wisely) and Amrita Arora (so manly) in terms of career, he has put a mark on the Bollywood industry as holding one of the worst careers of all time.

When he was new to the industry, people said, "Koi baat nahin, thori deir lagey gi baap ke naam par uttarney ke liye..." After a few films with the also flop Esha Deol, people said, "Koi baat nahin, it takes a while to appear manly...or at least less feminine..." But after so many years and dozens of chances, everyone just says, "Abey oii, woh peechey dekho gaaney mein!" "Kya papa?" "Arey oii, yeh to wohi hai!!" "Kaun papa?" "Abey yaar, woh chokra jo Esha ka humsafar hai in terms of career!" "Acha papa, you mean TUSHAN KAPOOR!" "Haan TUSHAN hi!"

So ladies and gentlemen, let's all start the year of by making a prayer for the very beloved Tushan--I mean Tusshar Kapoor ( although a dhabba on the Kapoor khaandaan). And also, here's to rewriting all of last year's resolutions (you go girl! you may finally lose all the weight you gained during 2009! ;) )
