Fitness routine! Me? Ha !
I am not at all the right person to talk about fitness. I do not follow any regimes to remain fit. I am not into fitness and do not do much to keep myself, as such, fit. I just follow a normal, routine lifestyle and manage to remain healthy without going through any exercise plans. It may sound weird considering the different fitness routines everyone, especially film stars, seem to so religiously follow, but that's how I live my life
So, the secret behind all the energy and vigour
I love eating. I eat a lot. I think food in itself is a great source of energy.
That doesn't mean I have a 'fooding' plan
It would sound strange again, but I do not have any particular dietary habits. I am a big foodie. I love to eat. I can eat anything that is available without any fuss. Italian and continental cuisines are my favourites. There is no particular joint that I can call my favourite. I have too many favourite restaurants to name any particular few.
However, there is one secret that I would like to share
It is but obvious that I tend to get out of shape considering my eating and fitness habits. When I think I am putting on weight, I tend to go on a strict diet. This is the only thing that comprises of my 'fitness regime' if you can call it one. There is a drastic change in my food routine. I skip all kind of grains, which include rice, wheat, corn... and such. I go on a strict vegetable and fruit diet. This continues till the time I feel I am back in shape. For me, dieting is the most convenient way of staying in shape.
