It is NOT Anupama's call to take. It is Shruti and Anuj's house. They BOTH get to mutually decided who stays and who leaves. Anupama has no authority to take calls on anyone's behalf. Intention or whatever does NOT matter.

jo abuse karte hain unse saalo baad milne par unke pair me jakar nahi baithte, jisne ghar se dhakke maar kar nikala hai unke saath ek chat ke neeche nahi rehte na hi unhe tea/coffee dete hai, ghalat ho sakte hain but dhatiya nahi, nahi bolte.

She can attend all the functions she wants, she has all rights to but she needs to stand up for herself and not be too concerned for her abusers

It depends on the closeness of the relationship, at which or whose cost you'd be ready to compromise your self-respect. It's not a blanket statement, you cannot do that for every Tom, Dick and Harry of your life. For me, I'd PROBABLY (that too I am not very sure of) be ready to fight with anyone who's insulting me only and only for my kid, that also when he's too young to reach out to me or fight for me. Anyone else or when my kid is all grown up, I'd leave it to him or that person how much he/she'd fight for me to get through his/her toxic side of the environment.

Anupama didn't even know Dimpy 10 yrs back. Then she didn't know/live with her for last 5 yrs. What's the urgent need for her to be present at Dimpy's shaadi that too with someone else and not her son. It's more of a social cause for her, and another opportunity to give lecture on widow-marriage and I am quite sure that's the factor that's pulling her so bad to this marriage that she'd be ready to let go of her self-respect.

anupama sabse zyada begairath besharam hai iska proof usne usi waqt de diya when she stayed in the same house after divorce with vanraj who got married to kavya, and did not leave the position of naukrani cum maid cum bahu of dukhmukh and baa and also wife of vanraj she never let kavya to make her place she was still controlling the kitchen, doing all the household work exactly the same way what she was doing when she was mrs shah and bahu of shahs legally. there was one dialogue in one of the episodes just before divorce, " mai apne maike chali jaaongi apne maa ke paas" lekin baa ko kuch bhi karne ki zaroorat nahin sara papda, fafda, dhokla, sab kuch banake bhej doongi, bhale hi mera divorce ho jaaye, baa and babuji mere hain even when they shifted to resort where her tumor treatment took place baa family stayed in one cottage and she stayed another yet she came to the cottage to water tulsi exactly the same way she used to do as Mrs shah, seeing that kavya gets insecured she requests no need to do this, she will do that as she is married to v so everytime someone has to remind her that she has no rights on baa and vanraj but she never gave them that opportunity to feel the difference, that is why baa and vanraj talks with dominance to anupama but they dont exericse their power over kavya they know that they cannot force kavya for anything
