Chapter 39

Its been one hour yet her condition still the same. There is no sign of her to get up which create a aggressive jolt in his heart. Arnav was pacing to and fro restlessly while doctor is not ready to gave any information about her and baby safety. Panic rushed through his veins by seeing her drastic condition. He clenched his fist remembering all the hurtful accused acted upon her. That creep pushed her literally in front of her and he can't even able to save her on right moment. He have promised himself he would always protect her anyhow but he failed to solemn his precious angel..the love of his life. The thought make him more terrified the way his family treated with her.

How can they be so heartless and rude by knowing she is pregnant yet they didn't care to handle her by seeing her laying on the floor hitching in pain. They not even gave him a single chance to explain why he took such a big step to marry her so suddenly and instead of giving her strength they abused her with their taunts and useless blaims..how pathetic.They trust on that bas**** instead of his own flesh.

He banged his palm roughly on the desk which cause snail wounded his knuckles and blood droplets fetching from her hand. But this pain is incomparable which she is bearing. He began cursing himself in every single moment. He now decided he would never step in RM ever. The place where there is no importance for his wife he also won't show his face ever, he decided furiously.

His eyes become all red. He is the sole responsible for her disheveled state. Without blinking his eyes, he was observing her pale face. If he took a little extra care of her then this situation would never occur. His eyes were continuously glued on her. His heart was literally paining by her vulnerable and by getting no response from doctor make him more frustrate and agitated.

Doctor gulped down in fear seeing the intensity in his behavior. In the middle of night, his assistant manager took him to this lonely place like kidnapper probably she is really very close to him which make him so anxious.

Arnav: What are you staring at me doctor..i want my wife perfectly fit and fine.. do you got that. He demanded sternly.

The word wife make him shocked like hell. Arnav singh raizada the very well known business man get married so suddenly and not anyone have a hint about it. His patience broke and he literally pull doctor collar and grab his neck angrily.

Arnav: Agar meri biwi aur bachhe ko kuch bhi hua toh main tujhe jinda nahi chodunga!!(''If anything happen to my wife or kid..i won't spare you!!'') The doctor choked feel suffocating and began shivering by his arrogance and keen for his wife.

Doctor: Mr raizada.. I am trying my level best..please calm down. He tried to assure him but nothing is affecting him and he keep yelling at him.

Arnav: Here my khushi not opened her eyes since hours and you saying to calm down...what rubbish.

Doctor: She fell down on her stomach and was on the verge of losing ..! Arnav get highly frightened and before he blunt anything he grab his neck more harshly. He prayed that what he is thinking is not true..nothing would happen to his baby. He don't believe in god but for his khushi he is ready to bend down in front of anyone. He just want khushi and baby safe nothing else matter to him. His grip on his collar getting more stronger. Doctor get highly fumble by his rage. Just when lavanya barged in and the scene before her eyes make her highly shocked.

Arnav: ''Nothing will happen to my baby..do you understand...I will kill you...don't you dare to utter that word.!'' Arnav was so depressed and traumatized that he not even in his senses.

Lavanya: ''Asr leave him..he will die!'' she hurriedly stormed inside and freed him from arnav grip.

Are you gone mad..let her treat first..nothing would happen to khushi...I will not let anything happen to her...trust me. She assured him and make him sat on the chair and gave a glass of water to relax a bit. He tried to got up but she not willing him to do so. She went near doctor who was sweating badly.

Lavanya: Doctor..i am really sorry for his behavior..actually he love his wife unconditionally and can't able to bear her such state. She apologize and he nodded in gratitude.

Doctor: Its okay I can understand..anyways you are...?

Lavanya: Lavanya kashyap..his friend. She said looking at arnav who is sitting in a stressful state keeping his hand on his forehead. She was feeling very bad seeing khushi in such situation.When andi enquire what has happen in RM she get litrally shocked and startled and directly reached to this farmhouse which is the only place where he go at this time of night.

Doctor: I was just going to inform about her but he is not ready to listen and barked at me like a lion. She feel really great realizing how much he adore khushi and was ready to go against his family. Atleast someone get the part of happiness. She wondered and looked at doctor in questioning look.

Lavanya: Doctor how is khushi and baby? Is everything okay na?

Doctor: She was about to go through miscarriage, if 5 minute I got late to come here then anything would have happen. she was on the verge to lose her life. She widen her eyes placing palm on her mouth and get numb for a second. She arched back by his statement as she very well aware how much this baby matter to both of them. She was tongue tied and was gazing at arnav fiercely.

Lavanya: Doctor please don't say like that..! she requested.

Doctor: Relax miss kashyap let me complete..she is absolutely fine now..i have gave her injection and its due to sedative effect she not regain conscious yet..probably till tomorrow she will get back to herself. She heave a sigh of relief and smile delightfully.

Lavanya: Thank you so much doctor...if anything would happen to khushi I will never be able to forgive myself.

Doctor: And one more think..she is very weak and need proper rest and care. Bring her to my clinic once I carry few test done.

Lavanya: koi chinta ki baat toh nahi hain na..khushi aur bachha dono thik hain na? (Did any complication in her pregnancy..khushi and baby are safe na?)

Doctor: Yah she is fit and fine don't worry. Take good care of her and make her happy as much as possible..at this situation a women need her husband love and attention and don't let her go through any kind of stress its injurious for her health. Her bp is literally dropping, I have gave her few medicine..it will make it to normal. It seems she is taking lot of burden that's the main reason for her weakening condition. If its continues then anything would have happen..i hope you would inform Mr raizada about all these things. She nodded in agreement and bid adieu to doctor.

Lavanya went near him and lean beside him placing his hand on his shoulder. Arnav jerk back to reality and hurriedly march toward khushi and hugged her tightly.

Arnav: Khushi open your eyes..why you punishing me...speak up dammit. Lavanya eyes moist by seeing him in such state.

Lavanya: Asr control yourself..what are you doing..let her sleep.

Arnav: No lavanya why she is not responding to me? Tell her to talk with me..i knew she is angry with me I forcefully make her tie knot with me but is this the way to behave. He began kissing her face and shake her tracing his finger on her face. Tears flowing from his eyes continuously. Lavanya never seen him in such drastic condition.

Lavanya(Pulling her back to bed): Asr stop it..your wife and baby both are absolutely fine she will be fine soon..try an understand.

''Sach mein khushi thik ho jayegi na...lavanya main iske bina jee nahi sakhta...bahat pyaar karta hu main khushi..is duniya mein sabse jyada pyaar karta hu agar ma ke baad agar mere koi chahta hu toh vo sirf khushi hain''. (Really she will get cured na..lavanya I can't able to live without her...if anyone be close to me after my mother is only khushi'')

He was completely broken down and lavanya comfort him in her arms. She can sense the true love by his gesture which she always wanted for her henceforth.

Lavanya(caressing his back): Asr control yourself if you broke down them who will support khushi..she need your love and care..keep faith in god nothing would happen to her. He pulled her back and took khushi in his lap and careless her hair lovingly. Lavanya feel overwhelmed by his intense love for her. Tears came out the way from her eyes without even realizing which is not go unnoticed by him. He feel guilty realizing how she is feeling.

Arnav: Lavanya I am sorry..i didn't meant to broke your heart.

Lavanya(wiping her tears): 'There is no need to give any kind of explanation...I am absolutely fine it just if you tell me everything before then situation wouldn't be so worse and your family..'' Arnav tighten his grip by listening family word. He moved up angrily and cut her words by his loud voice.

Arnav: I don't have any family.. khushi is my only family and I don't care about anything...all are dead for me.

Lavanya: Asr I will talk with nani and payal and make them understand the real truth..khushi have no fault in it.

''No lavanya you need to owe any explanation..what they think I don't care anymore and if they came to know about truth in near future them only I will not go there where they humiliate my khushi..and that sanjay..'' he was ragging in fire. Lavanya flinched by listening his name. She wanted to tell him that sanjay is the same person who ruined her life but stop at her tracks by sensing how upset he was for khushi at present.

He moved up and walked toward lavanya who was lost somewhere.

Arnav: You okay..what happen?

Lavanya: Nothing asr I am absolutely fine. She forced a smile by shrugging all forbidden thoughts.

Arnav: In all these mishaps I forgot to ask you how you came at this time and how you know I and khushi here? Why you came at this time if anything happen to you? He looked on worried.

Lavanya: Chill asr I am absolutely fine..wait I will made something for you..i am damn sure you haven't ate anything. She was about to go when he stopped her by his voice.

Arnav: Thanks lavanya I really very grateful for you..if today you didn't helped me then I will never be able to marry khushi..you are really my true friend.

*Flashback* Continuation after lavanya entered in terrace [Part 30 B]

Is asr is the father of your unborn baby? Khushi looked down. Words not coming out from her mouth. Lavanya fumed getting no response from her end.

Lavanya(Grabbing her hand): I am asking you something..why you are quiet? Arnav waved her hand off her shoulder.

Arnav: lavanya what you doing..i am your culprit..khushi have no fault in it.

Lavanya: Asr don't interrupt...I asking khushi not you. She turned toward her and make her look at her who was silently weeping.

Khushi: Lavnayaji hame maaf kar dijiye...hum kabhi apne aur arnavji ke beech nahi ana chahte the par arnavji..! (Lavanyaji please forgive me..i never wanted to come between you and arnavji but he..!)

Shut up khushi..what I asking answer me..is his seed growing inside you? She asked impassively and khushi nodded her head weakly. Lavanya step back a little being shattered. She was totally dumbstruck by knowing about it. Her whole world come beneath her feet. She looked at arnav hurtfully.

Lavanya: Why asr.. why you hide such a bitter truth from me..why you engaged with me? Why? She pull his collar and questioned him getting highly pissed off. Arnav narrate everything how khushi meet him in payal wedding and how they end up spending night together while saving her dignity from rohit and his drunken friends. She closed her eyes can't able to tolarate all this.

''Asr just once you would have tell me..why you kept me in dark..i was in such an illusion..you have hurt me a lot''.

Arnav: How can I said all these you were not in a condition to handle it, if you again go back to depression then? Doctor have clearly warned me and your mother compel me to engaged with you. Lavanya looked at him in shocked expression. One by one all truth is revealing. She can never think her mother will play such a cunning game and play with her emotions. He open his mouth to say something when lavanya showed her hand and stopped him. She took slow steps toward khushi and drag her near arnav and placed her hand over his's. Both looked at her with confused expression.

Lavanya: Khushi what I demand would you gave me? She exchange a look with arnav and they move toward lavanya.

Khushi: Lavanya ji yeh aap..! But her next sentence litrally shocked her like anything.

Lavanya: Marry asr, khushi!! She was taken aback by her wish. Arnav is no less shock than her. He never thought in his dream lavanya would react like this realizing the truth. He thought she would ask her to go away from their lives or undergo breakdown but her reaction is really unconvincing for her.

Arnav: Lavanya are you serious..i mean...you wanted to...!

Lavanya: Yes asr..This cruel world taught me lot of things and I don't want anyone to point finger on khushi being unwedded mother and curse her child even though I have face almost same situation and can very well understand how it wil feel when someone taunt on our character and crushed our innocence. The only difference is that my love dumed me like a garbage letting to face humiliation of the society alone but khushi's love gave her all right back which belong to her.

Khushi: No lavanyaji without elders blessings I cannot marry him.

Lavanya: It's high time you have to think about your baby..the baby need both mother and father love. How you will brought up your kid alone? When he asked you about his father..would you able to answer him? Tell me khushi, how you would face this cruel world all alone? There is only numbness from her end.

Arnav: Lavanya that's what I am trying to make her understand but she is hell bend to deny me.

Lavanya: Khushi do you know I always feel insecure about your closeness with asr..i thought you would snatch him from me and end up hurting you..i always feel scared about it but slowly I realized he is never meant for me..he is always yours. You are very lucky he is a part of your life and loved you more than anything..don't let him go for anyone. I am damn sure he is ready to cross all hurdles before it reaches you.

Khushi: Lavanyaji I can understand what you trying to say but I can't take such a big decision so suddenly, I need time to think. She argued.

Lavanya: Khushi if today you disagree I would never be able to forgive myself and assume I am reason for your separation. Its getting difficult to make her understand.

Khushi: Nahi lavanyaji aise koi baat nahi hain..humne kabhi bhi apki baat ko dil se nahi lagaya.. (No lavanya its nothing like that..you have no fault in it...I have never feel bad by your behaviour.)

Lavanya: Until I would see together in sacred bond.i will not ger relief. Khushi shook her head by which lavanya face dropped merely.

Arnav: Khushi how can you be so stone-less.. can't you see how much guilty she was? How can you bey so insensitive.. you are so stubborn enough that anyone feeling didn't bother you anymore. He pounce back at her irritatingly.

Lavanya: You have prove today khushi how much I have hurted you. She turned to leave sadly when khushi stopped her. Arnav was smirking realizing emotional blackmailing always work on khushi. His eyes cast on lavanya who was winking at him. He raised his brow amusingly.

Lavanya: I have already heard your conversation with khushi...now its my responsibility to convince her. She whispered in his eyes hurriedly before khushi observe it.

Khushi: Lavanyaji I never took any of your word to heart..no any girl would tolerate by seeing her fiancee in someone else arms. Don't curse yourself please. She stated cautiously.

Lavanya: If my behavior didn't let you go down then fulfill my wish. Khushi was still in dilemma fighting with her heart and mind when arnav pulled her in one corner.

Arnav: While getting pregnant you didn't think once about consequence and get intimate with me then why torturing your pea size brain to think about marriage. She glare at him frowned by his teasing tone and he move closer to her.

Khushi: Hamare pas ane ki koshish bhi mat karna varna apko jaan se maar dalnege. (Don't you try to come near me..i will kill you.) She flare her nose angrily and he smile wickedly.

Arnav: How can I keep my hand away when such a beautiful girl is going to be mine..i am not going to spare you for a single night. She gulped down her throat by his naughty statement while lavanya observing them muttering sweet for nothing into each other ears. They look so adorable with each other, she wondered.

Lavanya: So khushi are you ready? Without having no option left she agreed while lavanya gave high-five to arnav. Without wasting anytime more he pulled her hand proudly and drove toward the court to marry her.

Lavanya today if my khushi agreed to marry me is just become of you...I am really grateful to you.

Don't thank me asr..to see smile on your face I am ready to sacrifice anything..your happiness is uttermost important for me. Moreover,your khushi is so adamant..we have work so hard to convince her..isn't it? He smiled admiring the beauty sleeping peacefully and he tucked her hairs behind her ears sweetly.

Arnav: she is really selfless lavanya.. always think about other but one fact she can't change that she also loved me a lot and I will make her confess anyhow. He kissed her forehead tenderly and got down to gave lavanya pillow and bed-sheet.

''You should sleep now..its already late''. She gestured him with a smile and moved to leave.

Lavanya(While walking): No so soon asr.. jab tak us kamine ko uski aukaat nahi dekha deti main chain se nahi baithungi..agar aj khushi ke bacche ko kuch bhi ho jata toh main kabhi khudko maaf nahi kar pati. Uski himmat kaise hui itni ghatiya harkat karne ki?'' (Until I won't show that rascal his real place I won't be in peace..if anything happen to khushi's baby I won't never be able to forgive myself..how dare he tried to kill your baby?'') She gasped controlling her nerves.

As far as I know he would not give up so easily. He would surely play another dirty plan to hurt khushi again as now his plan backfired. Until I am alive I won't let him successful in his cheap tactics. I still can't believe it payal trust that mere stranger over her best friend..before its to late I have to bring his real intention in front of all.
