Chapter 40

Asr!! He brought back to his sense by the sudden knock of the door. He tucked duvet over khushi properly and went up to open the door but she is not ready to leave his collar. Lavanya entered inside with a mug of coffee when she didn't got any response from other end.

''Lavanya you are still awake..its already 3 am!'' She walked toward them hesitantly and felt little awkward seeing khushi ragging in his arms innocently. By seeing their position, she feel tugged in her heart but anyhow console herself and didn't bring it on her face. She understand he never meant for him and his happiness is much more important to her. It took her little time to convince herself. Time heal everything and she would come out from her grief as time passes. How much she tried to hold herself but her heart mking it more difficult to accept the fact that he is now someone else husband. Taking a deep breathe, she keep coffee mug beside him and broke the silence.

Sorry asr for barging in your room at this time..hope I didn't disturb you... I can't able to hold myself..you haven't ate anything so thought to make coffee for you. He gesture her with a small smile. His eyes only glued on khushi and he is patting her hairs frequently who was stirring in her sleep due to pain.

Arnav: I feel so blessed that I got such a caring friend but lavanya I can't ate anything untill khushi didn't wake up.

Yeh kya baat hui asr..tumne subah se kuch nahi khaya kamse kam coffee oh pee lo khushi tumhe aise dekhegi toh use bilkul acha nahi lagega. (What is this asr..you havn't ate anything since morning atleast drank coffe you feel better..if khushi see you in such state she didn't like it at all.) He denied reluctantly.

Lavanya: Please asr..atleast for khushi.., she insisted and he nodded his head by glancing her sad face. She smile widely and after finishing the drink she moved out not before turning toward them once.

Next morning:

khushi slowly move her fingers wriggling her head restlessly and open her eyes slowly muttering something silently. Arnav jerk by her soft voice and kissed her forehead lovingly realizing she is gaining conscious. He is getting impatient to talk to her. Eagerness was clearly visible through his gesture. He held her palm gently and kissed her knuckles.

Khushi you okay? She stared at him for few second blankly and scan her eyes around weakly. She tried to got up but her pain not allow her to do so and she pull back to the same position.

Khushi what you doing..take rest don't move. He careless her hairs and she daze into him continuously. Her heart jolted by seeing so much love and concern for her. She then remember all those hurtful words and accusation for her. Tears began flowing from her eyes continuously which make him more frightened.

Arnav: what happened...is it paining a lot? He asked rubbing her stomach and she cried more bitterly. Panic rushed through his veins by her sudden changed behaviour. He embraced her in his arms and comfort her holding her waist.

Khushi: Arnavji I am too bad..because of me all this happened..i am the biggest disgrace for everyone life..naniji and payal wa..! he placed index finger on her lips and make her stop.

Arnav: Don't utter their name ever again..they meant nothing to me, khushi...I leave that house forever. Her eyes popped up by his statement and she shaked her head in a no. Her condition is still weak and the sudden revelation shake her like anything.

Arnavji how can you say like that..they are your family...all loves you a lot, arnavji.

Arnav(Raising his voice): They are no one to me..if they really care for me then they won't insult you like that and left you lifeless in the floor. knowing about your pregnancy, how can they behave like this with you. They did not care to anything about your plead and support that bas**** sanjay ...I am feeling ashamed to call them my family..because of their ruthlessness I am almost lost my baby...I would never forgive them,khushi...never. He spoke in a choked and distraught voice.

Khushi get stunned by seeing so much hatred in his eyes. She moved her fingers on his face and blink her eyes to be calm. He get melted by her gesture and pulled her closer instantly vanishing all the filthiness. She not get any her chance to react anything and drown into his eyes merely. There is only numbness on both the ends. Their eyes spoke louder than voice.

You look so gorgeous with vermilion. He complimented intently making her go all red due to shyness. She tried to hide her uneasiness and looked away when he cupped her cheeks and make her daze into his caramel eyes which is always seems threat to her. She always loose herself whenever her eyes met into his that's the only reason she gave herself to him completely in the first moment and now his symbol is growing inside her. She held his arms to support herself as she is feel dizzy by his stare. She is trying hard to control herself and not to look at him but he brushes her cheeks so sensually that her heart went overdrive.

Arnav: Khushi do you love me? Heasked breaking the silence.

Khushi: Arnavji hum..woh..hum..apse..!

Arnav: Hum apse what? Say it..!

Khushi: Hame nahi pata. (I duon't know) He get annoyed and she pulled him away. She tried to got up but her pain is not reducing and won't allow her to move a bit. She hissed in a sharp pain.

Arnav: Khushi..i told you na don't move...its became your habit to protest always. He scolded making her frowned.

Hum apna khayal khud rakh sakhte hain..apko hamari chinta karne ki koi jarurat nahi hain..samjhe aap..aur humne pehle bhi kaha that aur ek baar phir kehte hain..hamse dur rahiye,,humne apse shaadi sirf lavanyaji ke liye ki hum apko apna pati nahi mante aur na kabhi manenge. (I can take care of myself very well..you don't need to worry about me..do you got it and yes I have already made myself clear and once again I m repeating for your kind information that I have married you only for the sake of lavanyaji and never accept you my husband ever.) She exclaimed furiously.

He raised his brow by her attitude and pinned her both hand on the bed and goes on top of her carefully not to create any pressure on her belly.

Arnav(leaning closely): You are my wife and I have whole right to touch you and love you..you can't stop me claiming my rights. He stated and nuzzled his nose on the crook of her neck. She closed her eyes tightly feeling his warmth breathe on her shoulder.

Arnavji please..! she moaned unsteadily and he daze at her intensely with desire and passion filled eyes.

Khushi you have no idea how much you I adore and love you...you can't imagine how much I got scared seeing you in such vulnerable state..i died every second from last night. Her heart swell by realizing how much he loved her unconditionally. It is clearly visible in his eyes.

Her breathe get halted when she found his warm lips creating hovoc on her neck. He began exploring her neck with his lips and she tilted her head a little and let him access her fully. He can realize she already accepted her but can't accept the fact that she also loved him. She looking toward him by sensing his lips stop moving. He went up painting a small kiss on her forehead and went off from her.

Arna: Until you won't accept me your husband I won't cross my line..i love you khushi and always wait for you... he stood up and she looked on disappointingly which is not go unnoticed by him.

Khushi(Frustratingly): I never accept you arnavji never...I am tolerating you just for my baby. His heart sank by her words.

Arnav: You never love me, khushi? He asked hopefully.

Khushi: I can never love you. The person who snatched by all happiness can never be a part of mine.That's good you realize it even I don't want any intimacy without love..i am already regretting doing it once but not anymore. You never got me arnavji..i don't love a person like you who lust over me and made me pregnant. Because of you I am still suffering..my best friend humiliate me...its all because of you..you have snatched all loved ones from my lives and left me all alone. His heart litrally shattered into million pieces by her harsh words.

Arnav: But I always love you khushi..its not lust. He stated with broken heart.

He paused and continued,''If my presence hurt you that much then I won't show my face ever...i promise'' He exclaimed and moved off leaving behind a devastated khushi.

She then realize what she had just uttered. She had insulted his love..how can she be so rude to him.

What I have did..i hurt my arnavji..why I say all this stupid things when I never meant a single word...probably by getting the news of his leaving RM made me angry and i say all this..but what i do i can never separate you from them... I m sorry arnavji..i can't see you in such state. Because of me your family go against to you and urged to leave your family..you belong to RM not here. She began cursing herself and everything been heart by lavanya. Lavnaya is entering their room with a soup in her hand when she saw arnav leaving in a foul mood. She tried to stop him and tried to rang him many times but he didn't pick it up.

Khushi quickly wipe her tears forcing a smile looking at her and sat down leaning her head on the headboard by placing her hand on her belly.

Lavanyaji aap.?

Khushi what is this...I thought you and asr love each other..but you...how can you hurt his feelings and named his love as a lust..her eyes widen wondering how she know?

I have heard everything..you can't imagine how much your words hurt his feelings...he have left everything just for you. Do you care to explain why you did it all? She blunt with a stern voice. Khushi feel extremely guilt and about to say something when lavanya phone ranged. She pick up the call giving a cold glare to khushi.

Asr where are you? Khushi get escorted by listening his name.

Lavanya please take care of khushi in my absence..i will be back in sometime.. She tried to say but phone already disconnected.

Few days passed and khushi's condition was progressing. Everytime lavanya be there to took care of her. Khushi eyes were only longing to get one glimpse of him even he wanted to meet her once but her words never allow him to do so. He prefer to stay away from her and didn't came in front of her. He sometimes comes to check her in the middle of night when she was sleeping. He noticed few strains of tears on her face probably she cried in his absence. Her tears always pricked him. He wished to hold her in his arms but his promise always came in between and he step back. In these days lavanya make her understand that it is not her fault and not to blame herself. She is not responsible for his leaving the family. How much she try to forget all but nani and payal accusation never let her forget anything.

By seeing situation is not seeking under control, lavanya went to RM to talk with nani and payal but both are already went to out of station so she prefer to gave them little time. In the meantime, khushi's restlessness increasing day by day. Its been more than 30 days she haven't seen his face but now she can't take this anymore. He tried to talk to him many time but everytime he marched away whenever she came before him. His behavior was unbearable for her. She understand she should not say all this and spoil their relationship but now she realize her mistake but he is not ready to gave any ear to her.

Eventually, lavanya purposely went to her home to have the love birds much needed space to remove all the rashes between them. Khushi was now in her 7^th month of pregnancy and can't able to walk properly.

Arnav was working in the laptop sitting in the recliner in the guestroom when he heard some noises from kitchen. He quickly went up and look at the direction where khushi was finding something holding her big size belly and trying to walk supporting through walls.

Probably she is hungry? He wondered and was about to step in her direction to help her but stopped remembering her accusation. He still can't able to disgest all her hurtful words. He divert his mind and again engrossed in his work but his eyes stealing glances in her direction. His heart beat stopped rapidly when he saw her tiptoes on the stool and trying to trying to take out something from upper shelf. He immediately ran inside the kitchen and yelled at her.

Arnav: Have you gone mad..what are you doing? She smiled listening his voice after so long and exitedly turned to look at him but her leg slip down suddenly. He catch her in his arms on the right time and didn't allow her to fell down while she clutches her eyes tightly shivering badly and by getting no pain, she open her eyes and feel relief realizing his saviour, her arnav, always protect her.

Arnavji..! He gave her sarcastic look and quickly pull her down on the floor. He probably seems very angry on her but by getting no response from his side made her sad. His silence killing her. They don't exchange any words and stare at each other for some moment. She expected him to shout and scream at her instead he gave her cold stare and turned to leave. Khushi came in front of him and block him to go anywhere.

Khushi: Arnavji talk to me..!

Arnav: There is nothing left to talk khushi..better you go and rest. He was about to took his step furthur but her next words litrally unexpected to him.

I love you arnavji..! He looked back with shocked expression and saw her shedding tears. He closed his eyes and again went ignoring her words when she hugged him from behind.

Hame maaf kar dijiye arnavji..pata nahi hame kya ho gaya tha..achanak apke ghar chodne ki baat sunke hame acha nahi laga..hame laga hamare vajese aap sabse dur ho gaye...par in dino apse dur rehke hame ahsaas hua hum apke bina kitne adhure hain..apke bina ek pal bhi jee nahi sakhte hum..bahat pyaar karte hain hum apse arnavji...humse dur mat jayeye..hame aur hamare baby ko apki bahat jarurat hain!! (I am sorry aravji..donno what happen to me suddenly when I heard the news of you leaving your home shattered me..i thought because to me you went away from your loved ones but in these days I have realized how much I am incomplete without you...i can't bear a single moment without you..i love you more than anything in this world..i and our baby need you a lot..don't go away from us.) She confessed audibly.

He was feeling out the world but made a stern face. The day he is waiting for since long was finally arrived..he got his khushi..his love..his everything and now his family is complete and he wanted to give all the happiness she deserved and serve her life with his love and shrugged all the bitterness which she had suffered. He turned toward her and embraced her in his strong arms joyfully.

Its not lust khushi...i really love you!! She cupped his face and shook her head.

I knew arnavji..you loved me a lot..i am sorry for mt behaviour. She hold her ears keeping her head down and began wepping. He raised her chin and sucked her tears from both end of cheeks. She looked at him with the same love which he always had for her. She lean forward and began showering his face with her kisses by circling her arm around his shoulder. He gave her much needed space and let her access him fully. By realize what she doing, she hugged him tightly to hide her shyness. He look into her eyes asking the permission through his eyes and by getting the same desire and passion in her eyes, he smirked plastering a smile on his face and move dangerously closer to her and pull her rose petals in his mouth and began kissing her softly. The kiss grew passionate when she responding with the equal flavour. Both exploring each other mouth violently while arnav held her arms realizing her weakening legs by breaking the kiss. Both are breathing heavily resting their head and drown into each other eyes.

You turned me on, khushi!! He whispered in her ears seductively. Her cheeks get crimson red by his statemeny. He lifted her in his arms carefully and took her to their bedroom without breaking the eye-lock. Her heart is beating rapidly realizing what is waiting for her in the next moment.
