Chapter 17
Before starting with the update, i really wish to seek apologies to everyone, for not updating last week, actually there was one problem too behind that, one of our model's got preponed to sat making me in huge dilemma. So that's the other reason I couldn't update... Phir se sorry khaan pakad ke... This is not my usual day of updating, but the good news is our model exam got over! 2nd stage is over, now i'm all set to face the last stage, ie my boardzzz... i've told this to u for abt uptenth times, but plz do pray 4 me k😃 Ok enough wit my rattlings... back to update!😊
Chapter:17
Viren in the office, kept on gazing at the bandage given by his wife. He was smiling to himself. Just then one of his client came.
'Sir, all set for the meeting?'
Viren: Yes, but did our opponents come?
Ofcourse,they r waiting for u!
Viren: Really? K I'll be there within 5 secs.
He got up from his seat, looked at the bracelet on his hand, for one last time, kissed it!
''Wish me luck''
He was about to leave his room, but something flashed out in his mind!
''Viren, ur such a dumb ass, y can't u call her and ask her to wish me luck''
He took out his phone nd was about to dial her number, but he stopped suddenly.
''Agar woh phone nahi utaya toh, what if she's still angry with me?''
He kept on thinking about the possibilities.
''Nah! That won't happen!''
He finally decided to dial her number. Jeevika was attending doctor's meeting at her hospital. The moment she saw her number, she created some false story to get out of there. Finally she attended the call.
Silence ruled... both was confused on the thought of how to start the topic. Eventually both started off at the same time...😊😉
V nd J: Hee..Hello!
Viren: [smirked] Ok u speak first!
Jeevika: No, u speak first!
Viren: Look Jeevika, 'Wives First'😆
Jeevika: [dumbfounded] So, u have two wives... i just can't believe it! How could u do this to me?
Viren: Ugh, srry yaar, tongue slip, Ok Wife first! Is that ok?
Jeevika smiled to herself.
Viren: Abh kithne dher smile karogi, will u ever reply?
Jeevika: Hey , how did u understand that...
Viren: I'm ur husband, if I won't be capable to understanding u, thn who will ?
Jeevika: Ok , u itself start!
Viren found difficulty in gathering words, his ego prevented from seeking her best wishes for his meeting!
Viren: Woh.. actually, My meeting is about to start, so i gotta go! Bye...
[He disconnected the call, leaving her nothing to speak]
Jeevika: How rude is that?? I'm not going to talk to him.
That day night, both Viren and Jeevika was sleeping. She heard someone knocking on the door, she woke up, tried calling Viren, but he was asleep. She attended the door, the moment she opened it, a group of gangsters caught hold of her hand. She screamed Viren's name. He came out and glared at those goons.
Jeevika: Virenji, help me!
Viren started punching the goons, but someone appeared from the back, nd stabbed him harder on his stomach. She screamed loudly! Went near to him. The goons escaped. She tried calling him harder, but he is gone, gone forever...
Viren, u can't do this to me... Wake up!
She moved backwards, her hand hit something, nd it fell down...
''Viren... No...'' weeping loudly.
She opened her eyes, looked at the surroundings, found the lamp lying down. She turned to her right side and saw Viren sleeping peacefully. She relaxed , went near, burried her head on his chest, hugged him tightly.
Next day, Viren had his hand on Jeevika. Both opened the eyes at the same time, looked at each other. He smiled at her, she woke up!
Viren: Kya hua, these days ur gettin so cozy with me? Waise bhi, i don't have any problem, cz i can understand ur control loosing😛
Jeevika: What?? excuse, yesterday i've seen filmy dream, that too with u, unbelievable right, That's y...
Viren: [teasing sound] What kind of dream? Is it Raja taking his Rani to paradise, enjoying their life there romancing. U girls are so over.. [laughed harder]
Jeevika: I'm not silly to dream those stupid stuffs.. Actually... chal, y am i wasting my time , explaining that to u.
She arranged the table.
Viren: Y filmy dreams? Guess these days ur watching lots of movies, that too SRK movies...
Jeevika: [grimmed at him] Seriously? OH thanks for ur silly investigation.
She was hell irritated with his behaviour. She went to the kitchen, she wants flour, but it was on the top shelf. Viren peeped .
Viren: Any help?
Jeevika; No thanku. [ she raised her hand to get it, finally she got it, she gave a teasing smile at him, took it, but she lost grip, and everything fell on her😆]
Viren couldn't believe his eyes, he looked at her, chuckled to himself, nd started laughing loudly.
''Told u i'll help, but u were so stubborn that, u invited the danger, look at u, ab sach much tum 56 years ki buddhi lag rahe ho''
Jeevika: keep on laughing, i'm not going to talk with u, if u dare talk to u, u can call me any names...
She was about to go, but she tripped nd fell, Viren caught her, both lost grip and fell down on the floor. He caressed her face, she smiled at him, her hand slowly moved to remaining flour, she took it out and spilled it on him.
Viren: What the hell? U spoiled my dress, u'll have to face the consequences...
She ran to their room, tried to lock the door, he pushed it harder. Went close to her, kissed her. she closed her eyes... Viren: I love u... She placed a sweet kiss on his face, by the time he approached her lips, someone was knocking on the door.
Both went to open it, it was their neighbour with their daughter. They gave a strange look to Virika...
Viren: Long story, will narrate it later...
Lady: bEta, it's Guddi's bday today, guddi , uncle aur aunty ko chocolate deh toh...
V nd J: Thnku, happy bday!
Guddi: Uncle, before eating chocolate, plz don't forget to wash the stain on ur cheek.
Viren confused...
Guddi: Samajh nahi aayi, lipstick ki stain!
Her mom tried to control her laugh. Viren got embarrased, wiped it away, Jeevika hid her face.
Lady: Bache log bhi na... ok we r goin, u guys can continue with ur work😛
Jeevika closed the door. Viren glared at her...
Viren: Kya yaar, tu bhi, y are u always kissing me on my face
Jeevika: Oh, so it's my mistake, u started it!
Viren: Ya, but if u had kissed me in my lips, i would'nt have to get embarrased today! And don't worry, we still have time left.
Pinned her to the wall.
Jeevika: Viren?
Viren: [teasing] Jeevika!
Jeevika: Viren?
Viren: Jeevika, just one kiss, please na, just one time...
Jeevika: No no no no...
Viren: [irritated] Scary cat...
Jeevika: How can u?
Viren: Just before someone promised me something...
She glared at him, went to washroom...
LAter she got a call from Mannu.
Manvi: Di, my exams r over, when ru coming to pick me?
Jeevika: We'll...
Manvi: [interjected] come on... i know the reason y u're postponing the dates, cz if u reach there, u won't be able to romance together right?
Jeevika: Chup kar. Kuch bhi bolthi hai...
She got another call... Jeevika: Mannu, actually i've got a call, will call u back!
Jeevika: Hello, Priya? Duffer kaise ho? [Priya was Jeevika's bestest frnd, they were frndzz from school ]
Priya: Wow.. what a great way of greeting ur frnd? Waise, y aren't u calling me nowadays?
Jeevika: Don't ask me yaar, i was so busy...
Priya: Haan hoga, ur married right, ek pathi bhi hai, toh definetly busy hoga!😆
Jeevika: God??? Y are everyone behind pulling my leg.
Viren who was busy reading the paper, heard this.
Priya: Sorry, ok guess what , my marriage is fixed, guy settled in Dubai, 25 years...
Jeevika: wow, I'm so happy for u my frnd!
Priya: Haan, nd engagement is over, it was just a normal function with close kins, but marriage is not gonna be like that, i want u to come there 4 weeks earlier, nd Riya invited Mannu too. [Riya is Manvi's frnd, Priya's younger sister]
Jeevika: 4 weeks... actually...
Priya: What happened, ur hubby won't agree?
Jeevika: Nahi aisa kuch bhi nahi, he'll agree for sure...
Viren: [THINKING] Oho, she thinks like that about me, I'll show her how i'm gonna agree [gave a malicious smile]
Priya: acha theek hai, reach there as fast as u can... we'll enjoy, bye, see ya.
Jeevika: [thinking] How will i convince him? Nd on top of that, i'v e promised him that i won't talk to him...
She looked at him, he burried his face, inside the newspaper, tried to control his laughter...

no yaar, actually i opened my laptop for doing tally, but im combining my work with IF!! by wednesday all my sckul exams will come to an end... i'll be havin a week leave for my boardzz... so i promise to give u guys an update either on wednesday/thursday!! :)
