Chapter 5

The daily routine continued. Now Geet was used to everything. But she was so hurt with the thought that her education was going in waste.

She was frustrated and tired by wiping those tables and furniture. Was struggling to find evidence. But so far it had failed.

Maan was tense today. He wanted to give an urgent report to the client and Geet had given a presentation on that project. So geet would have do that report best. But now she was doing that peon work ..

Now Maan started thinking "I hurt her so much then why will she help me?

However, he called her into the cabin.

Geet knows that he will not call her for anything other than work.

Why did you call me?

For work.., make a report.

OK. I make the report. But again, if I steal...

He kept looking at her silently.

She started working.

She made the report in an hour and left on his desk.

Even though maan was doubting her yet he was aware about her talent. She was talented and very smart.

He read the report. She wrote a very beautiful report. He thought that she is talented and good in work yet he made her do the work of peon.

After a while Maan came out of the cabin. At that moment he got a call and became skeptical with the demand from client about the sudden presentation.

He hung up the phone. Now he was thinking about who would do the presentation?

After a while he was sitting in the cabin looking for the file alone. But he wasn't able to find it.

Finally he came out and asked from geet.

Geet went inside she started searching in locker.. after few minutes file was in her hands.

Maan was seen tense when she went to hand over the file.

Take this file.

Why what happened

He unknowingly told her about his tension.

So what's the point of taking the tension in it?

Maan could not say no even after deciding.

Otherwise he would have lost crores today.

She was looking for a place to sit with the file. as she was about to sit down, He grabbed her hand,

"What are you doing?" "Are you crazy" He pulled her and sat her on the chair next to him.

I deserve to sit on the ground? Isn't it? 

Concentrate on the work. Her words were piercing his heart. Both became lost in the work soon.

She read the file and wrote the entire presentation.

He just kept looking at her. She was working really hard.. lost in the work at hand.

In mid, the two of them were touching each other's hands while writing something or talking with each other.

Maan was aware of it but she was busy. Looking at her innocent face, Maan started thinking in his mind that, how innocent this girl is. Didn't she really do anything?

Whatever that, she helped me a lot today even after my rude behavior towards her.

In the end, she gives the presentation and so Maan's deal was finalized. He was very happy .........

Geet also became happy.

The client told him that he was lucky to get such a wife.

That time Geet said, " It takes luck to get partner who loves you with life..".

Maan was looking at her earnestly.

Both were happy today. He took her to a coffee shop.

Thanks. Maan said.

Hmm.. but the burden from my mind has lessen a little

She was talking but her words were hitting directly on maan's heart.. making his heart bleed.

He was not at all bad by nature..

Just because of the huge loss He used to treat her angrily and thinking she betrayed hiam

But will fate bring them closer?... ........
