PART- 27


Major Bhargav and Major Niar called out an assembly of cadets and faculty members on the other morning.

Major Niar- I know that yesterday whatever happened was some cadets' plan and I want them to confess right away or tell me the names if any cadet knows them. If I don't get names by 5:00 pm tonight than I will punish each and every cadet so hard that they will never able to play anything at all again.

 

Abhi-But sir, we all know that whatever happened was due to some cadets than why everybody suffers punishment?

Major Bhargav- Because we know that there is an only way to get confession from those cadets.

Raj- But sir, we can also find whoever did this instead of punish everybody.

Major Niar- Then, it's decided. You and captain abhimanu will find out who did this by tomorrow morning or everybody will be punished tomorrow. Now dismiss all of you.

After the meeting, Raj and abhi's faces were pale as they knew who did this but they didn't want them to get punished. On the other hand, they also didn't want everybody to get punish. They were in dilemma what to do. They were sitting in a mess talking.

Raj- ab kya hoga, abhi?

Abhi- well, I don't know what to do?

Raj- we know who did this but we can't let them get punished.

Abhi- I know, after all they just took revenge of injustice that happened to them. But yaar, I saluate them even we can't come up with this kind of plan.

Raj- yeah, and that too on Major Bhargav. They made impossible into possible.

Abhi- so what do you think whose mastermind was behind this, and who helped?

Raj- what do you think. Of course, it was naina and all the other five helped for sure.

Abhi- But they didn't do anything in our rooms that's for sure even we didn't help them when they asked.

Raj- I know. They now like us not like before when they played the prank on me.

Abhi- yeah that was funny.  But these two majors had the worst experience of all. Tujhe to phir bhi in logo ne badi aasaani se chod diya tha.

Raj just smiled @ abhi's comment, and then they both were again in thoughts what to do.

On the other side, naina and others were thinking what to do because nobody knew that they did this but everybody suspected the same thing. Although nobody had any evidence but they also didn't want everybody to get punish.

Huda- oy, ab kya karna hai?

Riya- Don't ask, if we tell something, that major is not gonna spare us and if we don't than he is not gonna spare the whole academy.

Adi- from both side, it's loose-loose situation.

Aalekh- apun soch raha tha sach bata de kam se kam doosre log to bach jayenge.

Pooja- haan phir wo major hamara connection aise katega ki hum kabhi apni ringtone bajane ke layak nahi rahenge.

Huda- lekin kare to bhi kya aur phir agar captain rajveer ya captain abhimanu ne hamara naam kal subah tak le liya to aur musibat.

Aalekh- lekin un dono ko saboot chahiye hoga, hum ko expose karne se pehle.

Adi- I don't think they are going to do anything like that.

Riya- Yeah, I am with adi too. They are really nice.

In the conversation, pooja realized that naina had left.

Pooja- yeh, naina kahan pe hai?

Then everybody realized that naina wasn't there so they all rushed to check the academy and ended up in the mess together.

Pooja- kahin mili wo?

Riya- nope, what about you guys?

Adi- I didn't see her.

Aalekh and huda also answered in negative and everybody was worried when raj and abhi spotted them.

Raj- cadets, any problem?

Aalekh- wo apun sab naina ko dhoond rahe hai, kahin pe dikhayi nahi de rahi.

Abhi- matlab?

Huda- are matlab, wo goom ho gayi hai.

Raj was about to say further but there was an announcement by Major Niar that whoever played the prank just confessed so everybody else is off the hook.

Nobody in the mess needed to ask who confessed or where naina went, and they all rushed to Major Bhargav's office.

In Major Bhargav's office:

MB- so cadet naina singh, it was all your doing.

Naina- yes.

MB- and are you sure that nobody helped you in that even your friends.

Naina- no sir.

MB- well, I know very well that they helped and if they are your true friends than they will come soon and confess too, but right now you think that how much you are going to regret what ever you did.

Major Niar was also present in the room and he was really angry like he is going to attack naina.

Everybody was outside at the door and about to enter when they heard naina's voice and stopped.

Naina- well, I am not going to regret anything that I did because I just simply took the revenge whatever you did with cadets in the drill. It was your personal problem that you took out on us instead thinking of academy's interests. Isn't that right?

Major Niar and Major Bhargav told her whatever they did and then said that she can't do anything because nobody is ever going to believe her and she and her all friends will be suspended from the academy by tomorrow morning.

Naina(calmly)- Think twice about making this decision because you are going to ruin yourself. I have two options for you: one we will think that one trick you played and we gave answer and we are even and the other one: Military board is going to replace you after knowing your behavior and favor towards the cadets.

Major Bhargav- Are u threatening us?

Naina- nope, I am just saying that you should consider your decision because as you said noone is going to believe me but they are going to believe the videotape on which you just confessed or the videotape of the meeting when you told every cadet to punish so hard for the mistakes they never did.

Major Bhargav and Major Niar were shocked and on the other hand everybody who was standing outside felt relieved, surprised and extremely happy.

After some thinking, both majors agreed to naina's condition as they knew they didn't have any choice.

Naina was about to leave when Major Niar asked for tapes.

Naina- If I will give them now then you will play another game with us. But let me tell you something I am not going to use it against you ever if you wouldn't mess with us. I already told you sir, we are even. Now we will behave like cadets and do not break any rule as long as you don't do any injustice.

Saying that naina left and Major Niar and Major Bhargav were frustrated and angry as a first year cadet just humiliated them in front of the academy, threatened them and blackmailed them and there wasn't anything they could do because naina played her game to an extent and very well.

Naina came out and she saw all five cadets, abhi & raj standing there. She just left from there without saying anything and everybody also followed her. She came to the mess where she found worried suriji.

Suriji- Oy puttar, tum log kyon pranks khelte ho mana un logo ka tareeka kuch theek nahi ab to tumhe is academy se bahar nikal denge.

Naina- suriji, dinner time pe khana nahi khaya, bahut bhookh lagi hai. kuch khilayenge nahi kya?

Suriji- Oy jaroor, lekin wo un logo ne koi jyada punishment to nahi di na.

At that time, all the others entered the mess and this time nandini and shalini were there too.

Aalekh- maan gaye tere ko naina, you are the best.

Huda- haan, kya vaat lagayi he tune un dono ki, ab to koi bhi tere se panga lene se pehle do baar jaroor sochega.

Naina- It was all just part of my plan but now you guys also have to fulfill the bet and no pranks anymore unless something drastic happen no rule breaking as I promised somebody said while looked @ raj.

Every cadet agreed and said sorry to teachers in the mess for their previous mischief.

Abhi- Till yesterday, I thought you were brilliant naina to do things like that, but today I also salute your guts, after all you did something that any of us never could do even after becoming officers.

Raj- I also agree, you are the master prankster I have ever seen.

Suriji was confused and frustrated about what happened, so abhi narrated the whole story and everybody laughed and suriji ordered to make special dinner to celebrate.

(Hahaha……… ek to naina apne superior officers ko blackmail karti hai aur upar se ye sab celebrate karte hai……waah kya baat hai…../hahaha)

Two more weeks passed by and Major Niar and Major Bhargav went for some administrative meeting for four days leaving responsibility in abhi and raj's hands.

Now everybody was happy as there was so much freedom for four days as abhi and raj didn't mind cadets having fun for three days. Abhi also thought about giving Monday off to cadets as they were working very hard for past few weeks. Raj agreed so everybody was free after Thursday's drills which was ended around 4:00 pm. Now for four long days, there weren't any studies so cadets were happy.  Some cadets went home and some went on vacation.

Abhi, nandini & shalini were too happy as they got a chance to celebrate raj's birthday which was on Saturday, and they were planning a surprise party.

Those three were in shalini's room trying to make a plan for surprise.

Abhi- Did you talk to naveen, shalu? Is he coming?

Shalu- Unfortunately, he can't make it as they have some important sessions and a lot of work.

Nandini- Oh, sad but how about neha? Did you call her abhi?

Abhi- Yeah, I called but she was going in some fashion show for few days and couldn't come back until Sunday, and she was sad too but I guess this time she will just wish her brother on phone.

Shalini- Yeah, but one more of our friend is also missing.

Hearing this, nandini became sad and abhi was angry.

Abhi- Kab tak sochoge uske bare main, hum ko itna bada dhokha dene ke baad bhi tum log usko apna dost mante ho.

Nandini- but, it have been a long time, and after all raj also misses kunal.

Abhi- Mujhe aur naveen ko to ye pata nahi chalta ki tum, raj and shalu ab bhi uski tarafdari kar rahe ho. Tum logo se to acha naveen hai ki usne apni behan se sare rishte tod diye.

Shalini- aur tum ko lagta hai ki usne sahi kiya. Socho agar neha se koi galati hoti to kya tum aur raj us se apne sare rishte tod dete?

Nandini- Shalu is right, tum ya hum nahi kam se kam naveen ko aisa nahi karna chahiye tha.

Abhi- I don't think we should discuss this anymore. If we want to give raj a surprise party then we have to work together without arguing with each other.

Nandini- Ok then, we won't discuss that but to organize a surprise somebody has to take raj outside the academy on Saturday.

Shalini- yeah, and I think we have a perfect person for that.

Nandini- Dr. ritu mishra right?

Shalini- yeah, it's brilliant plan. Right abhi?

Abhi- No, it's a garbage plan shalu.

Shalu- What do you mean?

Abhi- If we send ritu for that, then raj will know our plan because it's too obvious or he will think that we are purposely sending him on a date and he will refuse.

Nandini- To phir?

Abhi- I think I have a plan.

Shalu- what?

Then there is a knock on the door, so abhi opened the door. There were suriji, lolitaji, naina and aalekh and other four cadets.

Abhi signed them to come in and discussed the plan with them. They all happily agreed but there was still one question that who can take raj outside of the academy for almost the whole Saturday.

Suriji- I think any of cadet can do that.

Aalekh & Huda both said @ the same time: Naina can do that.

Nobody had doubt that naina can fool raj for the day as she can fool anybody, so everybody agreed and asked naina if she can do that.

Naina thought a little and then said yes.

Then everybody separated and naina went to her room and thought what to give raj as his birthday present. After some thinking, her face lit up with a big smile.

Naina (to herself) - Perfect birthday present.
