Chapter 19
Here is the awaited next update.................
It was bright morning. Raj was still in Khushi's room looking at his adorable daughter. Shikha came in the room and saw him.
Shikha- Bhaiya, aap itni subah subah yahan pe?
Raj- wo main yahan Khushi ko dekhne aaya tha. Socha nayee jagah hai shayad neend na aayee ho to.
Shikha- Are bhaiya, ye to uska apna ghar hai phir use yahan kaise neend nahi aayegi.
Raj was startled to hear Shikha's answer. He wondered if Shikha knew the truth but Shikha decided to change the topic.
Shikha- Aap jaye, Main us ko taiyaar kar doongi. Waise bhi aaj hum sab bahar ja rahe hai.
Raj- Kahan pe?
Shikha- wo maine, aditi aur pooja ne socha ki thodi shopping kar le aur phir Karan aur Khushi ko bhi saath le jayenge.
Raj- Ok I will go to freshen up.
He looked at Khushi who was awake now and he wished her good morning and she also returned with a big smile. Raj kissed at her cheek and left the room because he had many issues to resolve now.
Raj took a hot shower and tried to clear his mind. He told himself that he will fulfill his daughter's wish on her birthday and first thing he wanted to do was to talk Gunny and Vidya.
Gunny and Vidya were ready in the morning by the breakfast table. Ritu was there and she told Gunny that she was leaving today to finish her part of their plan. Ritu came to Raj's room and found him lost somewhere. She called out to him for three times but he didn't hear her so she went up to him and put her hand on his shoulder. He was startled by her presence.
Raj- Oh sorry!!! I didn't hear you.
Ritu(smiled)- It's okay Raj. I just wanted to tell you that I am going to Poona for two days.
Raj- Poona? Why?
Ritu- I have to meet this doctor who is a specialist.
Raj- I will also come with you then...
Ritu- Nahi Raj. Gunny aur Vidya hamare yahan pehli baar aaye hai aur phir do din ki baat hai. Poona is not far.
Raj- Ok but if you need anything, just call me and I will be there.
Ritu- sure.
She left to go but she turned around and hugged him tightly. Raj was surprised at her behavior but he hugged her back for the first time in his life as he knew that she was totally changed by now.
After a light hug, they separated and Raj asked- what's the matter Ritu?
Ritu- Nothing. I just felt like it... I should go.
She left and Raj sat there for sometime and he heard Shikha calling him for breakfast so he went toward the dining room.
Raj saw Khushi sitting there with Pooja and Shilkha and Gunny and Vidya were there too. Raj smiled at them and sat down at the table. Pooja was feeding Khushi and Khushi was making faces when she had to drink milk but she finally finished her milk and all three of them left for Abhi's house to pick up Karan and Aditi.
Raj gave so many advices to Shikha and Pooja to look after Khushi and Karan. They were amused as Raj never gave advice like that before.
After they left, Raj turned his gaze to Vidya and Gunny and He looked very serious but before he asked anything.
Vidya(yelled)- aahhhh!!!!
Gunny(worried)- what is it? It is time?
Vidya(with pain and smile)- No you idiot. It's only been six months... The baby just kicked... Here feel it.
Gunny excitedly put his hand on her tummy and he felt his baby kicked.
Gunny- wow...
Vidya- Yeah you feel wow... but I am feeling pain...
Gunny- Bahut dard ho raha hai kya?
Vidya- Nahi itna nahi... It's a great feeling. We are feeling our baby's first movement. It's great feeling.
Raj was listening to their conversation and he was thinking about Naina's condition when Khushi would have kicked inside her for the first time.
Raj (to himself)- us waqt naina ne kaisa feel kiya hoga? Wo bhi kya is tarah chillyee hogi. Kya us ko bhi dard hua hoga? Kya us ke saath us waqt kisi ne ye feeling share ki hogi?
Now both Gunny and Vidya looked at Raj who was lost and looking very sad so they asked him.
Gunny- Raj kahan kho gaye?
Raj- Kuch nahi... Main tum dono se kuch baat karna chahta hoon if you are feeling okay Vidya...
Vidya- Sure I am fine...
Raj- Why didn't anyone tell me that Khushi is my daughter.
Both Gunny and Vidya were shocked yet happy as their half mission was succeded.
Gunny- wo main......
Raj- Mujhe ye realize karne main kaafi waqt laga lekin kya sach janne ke baad bhi kisi ne mujhe batana zarrori nahi samjha...
Gunny- I am sorry yaar... But Naina didn't want to...
Raj(with tears)- Why? Why she wanted to give me such punishment?
Vidya put her hand on his shoulder- Nahi Raj... she didn't tell you because she didn't want to see broken. She loves you and she didn't want to leave you with a burden that you left your daughter alone.
Raj- Ye mujh se kya ho gaya? Ab main kya karoon?
Gunny- Please dost aise himmat mat har... Kismat ne tum ko ek aur mauka diya hai aur is baar main nahi chahta ki tum Naina ya Khushi ko akela chodo... We know about Ritu's sickness.
Raj- Lekin?
Vidya- Ritu ne hame bataya tha and she also knows that Khushi is your daughter. wo bhi yahi chahti hai.
Raj- Aur kis kis ko pata hai is bare main?
Gunny- Tum he aur Naina ko chod kar ye baat har koi janta hai.
Raj- So Abhi knew this too... I am going to kill him. He didn't tell me... aur Shikha bhi... Meri apni behan ne mujhe nahi bataya?
Gunny- Humara plan tha yeh... But now we have a huge birthday party to organize and a family to unite...
Raj(smiled)- I want to organize this party... I don't want anyone to forget this party ever.
Gunny(smiled)- Mujhe pata hai ki tujhe teri beti mil gayee is liye tu ye sab karna chahta hai lekin main pehle se tujhe bata doon ki us pe mera tujh se jyada haq hai.
Raj- Haan main tera ye ehsaan kabhi nahi bhuloonga kyonki tum logo ne Naina aur Khushi ka tab saath diya hai jab un he sab se jyada zarrorat thi...
Gunny- Ab tu mujhe thanks bhi bolega... Tu meri jagah hota to tu bhi wo hi karta jo maine kiya hai... we are friends.
Gunny called everyone about the latest update and Abhi and Nandini came to Raj's house and Raj was very happy. Raj was anxious to talk to Naina but Gunny and Abhi forbid him to talk to her as their plan was still in progress and they also didn't tell him anything about the plan.
They sent him to be with Khushi and Karan all day while they organized for the party. Raj was happy to spend the whole day with the kids. He took them to the mall for the shopping and he bought both of them whatever they wanted. He took them to play games, to eat their favorite pizza and bought them lots of chocolates and ice cream.
In Nainitaal:
Naina was about to leave the house as she had a last thing to do before leaving for Mumbai when she heard a door bell. She opened the door and shocked to see the person at her doorstep.
Naina was not pleased to see the person and it was none other than Ritu. She stood there with disgust on her face.
Ritu- Kya main andar aa sakti hoon?
Naina- Tum yahan pe kya kar rahee ho?
By that time, Huda, Ali and Aalekh came there as well.
Ali- Unko hum ne bulaya hai yahan pe?
Naina- Ali? Tum ne? Kyon?
She was about to leave but Ali stopped her.
Ali- Naina ma'am, aap please ek baar hamari baat sun lijiyee phir aap jo chahe kar sakti hai....
Precap: A big birthday party...............................
Ok this part didn't have any Raj-Naina or Raj-Khushi scenes but I couldn't update a long part because I am still very very busy. This is the beginning and after one more part there will be only RN romance........... I promise.....

A really sweet part. Raj is more than haapy to know that Khushi is his daughter. Poori raat isiliye vo khushi k paas hi baitha raha. Baat baat me hi Shikha k muh se sach bahar aa gaya par us ne baat badal k accha kiya. Raj se Ritu door jaa rahi hai. Mere hisaab se vo accha kar rahi hai. Par ab shayad mere man se us k liye utni karwaahat khatam ho gayi hai kyounki vo apni life k last stage pe hai. Vo seedhe Naina k paas gayi. I think kuch missunderstandings clear karni hongi.Raj ka Gunny aur Abhi pe naraj hona natural tha par ab us ki khushi dekhte hi samajh aa rahi hai ki vo apni beti k liye vo sab karna chahta hai jo abhi tak nahi kar paaya vo.
