Chapter 17
I know you guys are waiting for long and here is the next update...
Raj was ready in the early morning and he went to Naina's room. He knocked on the door softly as he didn't want to wake up Khushi.
Naina was already awake as she wasn't able to sleep entire night. She opened the door.
Raj- Jane se pehle Khushi ko ek baar dekhna chahta tha...
Naina- Sure...
Raj came inside and went near the bed where Khushi was sleeping.
He looked at her for a little while and then he kissed her forehead as some drops of tears fell from his eyes. He quickly wiped them and turned around to leave.
He came in the hall and no body was there as he had already said 'good bye' to everyone last night.
Raj- Acha Naina, chalta hoon. I wish you every happiness in the world...
Naina- I wish you the same Raj, bye...
Raj left and as soon as he left, Naina run up to her room and started to cry while Raj was sitting in his jeep and tears kept coming out of his eyes.
In the morning, everyone was quiet at the breakfast table. Khushi & Karan kept asking about Raj but everyone told them that they will meet him soon. Naina didn't come down until evening as she didn't want to face anyone.
At the dinner, everyone was quiet and Naina was there too. She was thinking the whole day and now she told everyone something.
Naina- Main aap sab se kuch kehna chahti hoon...
Gunny- Kya baat hai Naina?
Naina- I am going to Nainitaal for few days. I have already took leave for that and I am leaving tomorrow.
Everyone was shocked at her decision.
Vidya- Lekin Naina, achanak Nainitaal kyon?
Naina- wo kuch property ka jamela ho gaya hai... Ma-baba ki death ke baad, unke friend sab sambhalte the lekin unki tabiyaat kuch theek nahi hai aur unhone mujhe kaha tha ki main sab kuch sambhal loon to uska kaam khatam karne ke baad main Delhi wapas aa jaongi...
Gunny- Lekin Khushi?
Naina- I will take her with me. She will like there...
Gunny- Nahi tumhe jana hai , tum jao main Khushi ko nahi jane doonga... Agle hafte hum Delhi ja rahe hai, hum usko apne saath le kar jayenge...
Vidya- Haan... Aur main bhi nahi chahti...to tum jao aur agar Khushi hamare saath hogi to tum jaldi wapas aaogi...
Naina- Lekin guys...
Khushi- Mama, hum yahin rahenge....
Naina looked at Khushi and then Gunny & Vidya...
Naina- Ok, you can stay here... I will be back soon...
The next morning, naina said 'bye' to everyone and left for Nainitaal.
On the other side, everyone left for Mumbai very next day as they had their mission to complete.
Raj was in hospital talking to a doctor.
Doctor- Colonel shekhawat, aap ne hum ko jo report di thi wo humne verify kar li hai. They are true and I am sorry but the cancer is already on the advanced stage and we can't do anything. Aap ke paas waqt bahut kam hai...
Raj- But doctor, koi to treatment hoga na. Yahan pe na ho to shayad abroad main...
Doctor- We have tried our best and the doctor I contacted had already given his answer. I will try my best if there is any change.
Raj- Thanks doctor...
Raj left from there and went to his house. He found Ritu sitting in the living room. Raj sat on the sofa across her, and for the first time in his life, he was feeling awakard and didn't know what to say.
Ritu understood his uneasiness and decided to break the silence.
Ritu- You met the doctor, didn't you?
Raj- Yes but don't worry, there will be something we can do.
Ritu- Raj, I know that my cancer is at very advanced stage now and I know I am dying. Shayad ye mere bure karmo ki saza hai...
Raj- Ritu, tum ye sab...
Ritu- Aaj mujhe kehne do please... Maine aaj tak jo kuch bhi kiya sirf apne fayade ke liye kiya. Meri wajah se Naveen ki zindagi barbaad hui aur phir tumhari aur Naina ki... I deserve this. Lekin apne marne se pehle main ek sahi kaam karna chahti hoon... Main ye dil se chahti hoon ki tum aur Naina phir se ek ho jao...
Raj looked at her and then said- Main manta hoon ki maine tumse kabhi pyar nahi kiya aur shayad kahin na kahin tum se sirf nafrat hi ki hai but agar kuch karna chahti ho mere liye to ye baat Naina tak kabhi mat pahunchne dena... She has moved on with her life and I want her to be happy.
Ritu was about to say something but the door bell rang and Raj got up to answer the door and he was happily surprised to see Gunny, Vidya and Khushi along with Shikha.
Gunny(at the door)- Kya khade khade dekhte hi rahoge, ya hum ko andar bhi bulaoge.
Raj- Yeah please aao na... He led everyone inside. He was really happy to see Khushi there who was sleeping in shikha's arms.
Ritu said "Hi" to all of them which everyone answered dryly.
Raj(came inside)- Tum sab achanak?
Gunny- Well, tum hi ne to kaha tha ki jab chahe chale aana to ab aa gaye. Abhi, Nandini, Aditi, Aalekh and Huda had gone home and Pooja and Ali are coming after three days.
Shikha took Khushi to the room upstairs so she can sleep peacefully, and Vidya accompanied her.
Ritu had gone to get coffee for everyone while Gunny and Raj were talking.
Raj- Gunny, Naina kahan hai?
Gunny- Wo Nainitaal gayee hai kuch kaam ke liye. Khushi ko le jana chahti thi lekin maine jane nahi diya... kyonki wo wahan pe bore ho jati.
Raj- Hmmm...
Gunny- I hope you don't have any problem if we live at your place for some days.
Raj- Don't be silly... You are always welcome here...
Gunny- Thanks. Main upar Khushi ko dekh kar aata hoon...
Raj went in the kitchen to talk to Ritu and he told that everyone is staying here for few days.
Ritu said she doesn't have any problem but they have to make sure that no one is going to find out about her sickness.
Raj agreed with her and they went outside with coffee and refreshments.

very nice part yaar. aur thoda emotional bhi tha...RN k scenes. ud baht chota tha. par koi baat nahin. reetu ko cancer hai...sahi nahin hai. bas use apni karmo ki saza mil gayi. par achha hua ki apni akhiri waqt par vo sudhar gayi. next part ka be-sabri se intezar rahega...kyoun ki next part me to raj ko pata chalega na ki khushi us ki beti hai. so plz cont soon.

thanks for the update... Raj is very sad that he has to leave so soon. He is not able to control his emotions..and is glad that no one else was there in the morning..and he had said good bye to everyone the previous night. Naina bhi sara din roti rehti hai...she is not able to face other...i think she needs time to sort out her emotions and hence has decided to go to Nainital for a few days. Ritu has cancer...raj confirms it with the doctor.....sorry to sound so negative but....i think raj ko kisi independent doctor se ritu ka checkup karva na chahiye....When it comes to Ritu...i just don't trust her...she can fake all of this to get sympathy from raj... Gunny and the other come to stay at raj's house for some time...this is a surprise...but raj is happy to see them and the most happy to have khushi back... Please update the next part soon

Good part. Raj chala gaya aur Naina se ye bardaasht nahi hua to poore din ro rahi thi vo. Shayad yahi pyaar hai jo abhi tak dono k dilon me hai. Raj bhi udhar kitna senti tha jab vo apni Naina aur Khushi ko chod k aaya tha. Naina ne ye achanak decision kyoun liya ki us ko Nainital jaana hai? Kahin vo bhaagne ki kosish to nahi kar rahi hai na sach se? To Ritu jee ko cancer hai, accha hi hai aur sach hi kaha us ne ki us k paap karmo ki hi saja mile hai us ko. Us ne ek saath itne saare logon ko pareshaan kiya hai ki koi bhi us ko maaf nahi kar sakta itne asaani se. Nice part. Its not dat I'm happy abt Ritu's cancer but she sumhow deserves it. Glad dat Raj will spend sum tym with his daughter, Khushi. And as u said Raj will knw abt Khushi's truth in the next part. So w8ing 4 Friday eagerly. It seems the next part is holding sumthing nice n gud 4 us.

I know friends... that this part is not that exciting but I promise that next part will be the longest one and soon.... I will post it by friday evening.....This part didn't have much RN but next few parts will be only about them...Just bear with me until friday... I was really busy and I tried to update as good as possible....Thanks...........
