Part 15

     The person whispered, "Don't scream you idiot it's only me!"

The person let go of her and she slowly turned around to see JOSH standing right in front of her.

Kripa- "Josh!?? You stupid idiot! You scared the sh** out of me!"

Josh, half-laughing- "Sorry! But you should've seen your face!"

Kripa angrily looked at him and then headed toward the corner of the room. We can now see what made her almost scream, someone seemed to be sprawled across the floor in the corner of the room. It seemed like a dead body. It was really dark, the only source of light was the moonlight coming from the only window in there. Kripa reached the person and to her immense relief, it was just a life-size doll. She turned red and turned around, staring at Josh.

Kripa- "Okay, now, what the heck are you doing here?"
Josh- "I am buying this place and fixing it up. I heard it was a "haunted" house. Now, you know how I am, I didn't believe a word-"
Kripa nodded her head.
Josh- "—so I came to check things out."
Kripa- "and? What have you found out?'
Josh- "Well, I have done some research and found out that this place is not "haunted" at all. It is true that no one has entered this place in over 15 years, but it is pretty huge, and all it needs is some renovating."
They started heading out of the room.

Kripa- "I don't get it, why doesn't anyone come here anymore?"
Josh- "Well, people believe that a family was murdered here and the "ghosts" are haunting it. But the truth actually is that the family had some sort of disease and they were doing criminal activities."

He led her to a bookshelf. He moved a book, and it revealed a keyboard-type thing. He put in a password, and the bookcase turned around, revealing a secret passage.

Josh continued, "I am a private investigator for the FBI, and I cracked this code. The family escaped through the passage, which leads to many different places."
Kripa- "hmm, so they weren't murdered, but what about the ghost sightings?"
Josh- "Actually, no one really saw a ghost, it was just a story that someone passed on, maybe as a joke, to get attention, or some other crazy reason."
Kripa- "very interesting, so you are actually going to live here?"
Josh- "I was thinking, about making it like a tourist attraction, a haunted house! I can make some money."
Kripa- "that would be cool, I was pretty freaked!"
Josh- "well I guess I won't really have that much work."

They left the passage and started heading towards the door. Both exited at the same time to see Angad right in front of them. He was angry, furious, concerned and jealous? Kripa was watching his face expressions but she wasn't sure if she really saw jealousy cross heis face when he saw Josh. Why would he be jealous? She headed towards him, ready to hear his outburst.

Angad- "Kripa, you stupid idiot, you know how worried I was!"
Kripa- "well so-rry, you are the one who was daring me to go in, and I am no scared-y cat."
Angad- "I was so freakin' scared, what if something would've happened to you, I couldn't leave these kids out in the cold, did you ever think what would've happened to me if anything would've happened to you. Stupid, idiot. You just care about yourself. There are people who care about you in this world, too." He was so pissed and worried that he just kept on blurting out whatever came to his mind without realizing what he was saying.

Kripa was shocked, confused, yet happy. He cared, he really did. Josh was getting the wrong idea, or maybe it was the right idea. He assumed A-K were boyfriend-girlfriend, in a serious love relationship.
Angad finally remembered Josh was there.

Angad- "and you are?"
Josh- "Hi, I am Josh, Josh Kapoor." He held out his hand, which Angad ignored.
Angad- " I am Angad, Angad Khanna, so.. what were you doing in that house?"
Josh- "Oh actually I am buying that place."
And Josh told the whole story over again to Angad. By the end, Angad was surprised.
Angad- wow, I always heard that house was haunted"
Kripa gave him a killer look.
Angad- "—but I never believed it either…pretty interesting."
Josh- "interesting it is, well you guys carry on, I better get going."
He started to leave,but not before whispering in Kripa's ear
"You two make a cute couple, he really loves you like crazy." Saying that he left, leaving a shocked Kripa behind. And a jealous Angad, who was wondering what Josh ahd said that made Kripa so shocked yet he could see the happiness take over her. She cmiled and shook her head,
Kripa- "well, I guess we better be leaving now."
Angad- "yea, we should."

     They dropped the orphans off and left for their houses. In the car:

Angad- "Kripa?"
Kripa- "hmm??"
Angad- "how do you know josh?"
Kripa looked at him- "he is a close friend…why?"
Angad- "oh, I was just wondering."
Kripa just gave him a long look. Why did he care? Was what Josh said really true?

Angad turned the radio on, and a song started playing:

Kripa moved her hand to change the station, while Angad moved his to turn the volume up.

Their hands brushed and their eyes met. (btw they were at a red signal). Cars started honking, and Angad's eyes diverted towards the road ahead. They both left the song on.

Angad felt some sort of connection to the song, but he didn't know what.

Kripa was not really listening to the song, she was thinking about what Angad said about how what would happen to him if anything happened to her. ( I know it's a little confusing)

Angad wasn't really listening to the song anymore. He was thinking about how he feels towards Kripa. Why was I so worried about her? He thought. Because she is my friend, he answered his own question. That made him content, but somewhere deep in his heart he knew that she wasn't just a friend, she was WAY more. But, he wasn't ready to admit that, not yet.

here it is, please ignore the first promo i change my mind about it, i confused a lot of ppl...so how did u like the surprise every time ppl think its angad or prithvi its josh ..but a-k are starting to haev feelings for each other...im typing part 16... and i'll give you a preview of the next parts:
