After getting out of the restroom that morning, Angad hadn't talked to Kripa. Fortunately no one heard about them being locked in a bathroom, Prithvi made sure the word didn't get out. Angad was sitting next to Josh in class as they talked.

J- Angad, Ria and I started to date again
A- ...cool
J- All thanks to you, you really are Da Man
A- Well....yeah
J- No seriously, your life must be so perfect, so organized, I mean you always know what to do and when to do it
Angad thought back to last night when Kripa, Prithvi, and him were in the bathroom. He recalled some of the statements he made to Kripa.
     "Go to **** then!" "Sorry Pritz, you can have her back, if I knew she was a handful then I would have never taken her from you." "God knows what I ever saw in you!" "Oh hun, we were threw a long time ago!"

A- Oh yeah, my lifes just perfect...
Angad saw Alliya come to their table.
Al- Hey, erm...Angad, can I talk to you after class
A- yeah
Al- cool, thanks

Alliya went back to her seat. The bell rang and class began. He saw glimpses of Kripa, her eyes were red and puffy, he was sure she had been crying. Prithvi was in his seat, talking to all his friends and with girls surrounding him, he was back to Mr. Popular.

After a long hour class ended. Angad met Alliya outside of class, they both walked to Alliya's locker as they talked.

Al- I talked to Kripa, she told me about yesterday and...the bet
A- All I want to say is---
Al- No, hear me out first, I mean, I'm sure that idiotic Prithvi let his imagination run wild and that's where that stupid bet story came from, but you shouldn't have let your argument blow out of proportion.
Alliya waited for Angad to respond or say anything, but when he didn't she continued.
Al- I'm not going to lie to you Angad, at this point Kripa isn't reconsidering your guys' relationship. If I were you I would do something now before it's too late. But at the end of the day, its you who has to made the decision, so...good luck
Alliya gave a generous smile to Angad and walked away.

A week passed by, Angad didn't talk to Kripa nor did Kripa talk to Angad. Angad was mad Kripa didn't even want to hear his side, not that there was much to it. But he wanted to tell her their first date wasn't apart of the bet, he really did have a good time, he really did have feelings for her, but he didn't know what they were.

The weekend came, Angad was at a bar. He got himself some hard liquor. He thought he could take one more in without getting too drunk, boy was he wrong. By his second round, he was out of it. He drank one more cup after that. The bartender wouldn't give him any more, thats when Angad left. His feet were moving, he had no idea to where. He walked....and walked....and walked. Soon he stopped in front of Kripa's apartment. He looked at the apartment building, without thinking any further he pounded on the door.

Kripa opened the door not knowing who it was this late.
K- Angad?
A- ...Hey......
K- Angad....are you drunk?
A- ....No.....
K- Oh my God, you are, your drunk!
Angad walked inside her apartment. It was warm compared to the cold air outside.

Kripa angrily followed Angad to the living room.
K- Leave this instant!
A- I will...but hear me out.....
K- Look, we're over and I don't think theres anything left to discuss, so just leave!
A- I...I'm sorry Kripa
K- ........why are you saying it now Angad?
A- ......better late then never
Kripa sighed
K- Angad, please, go home
A- Kripa, I've been thinking day and night about you,......every time I would, I'd ask myself why? Why do I think about you? I've never cared about anyone else other then me, I always thought I was alone in this world and....and I should only live for myself, but since I met you I don't even know myself anymore, you make me want to live for you, I'd do anything for a smile on your face,............I love you .....
Kripa's heart melted on the last three magical words she heard from his mouth, but then reality hit her.
K- Angad your drunk, you don't know what your saying
Angad went close enough to Kripa that he could hear her breathe.
A- I love you and I mean it, do you....love me too?
K- ......what about everything you said in the bath----
A- I don't know where that crap came from, i'm sorry

His voice did sound sorry, Kripa saw something in his eyes she never did before, was it love after all?

K- I didn't mean the things I said either....sorry
A- I dont' want to hear sorry, say you love me
K- I do, I love you Anga----
Before she could finish Angad kissed her. It was a warm kiss, it was as if he tried to give all the love in the world to her through that one kiss. She kissed him back hoping to do the same. They both walked backwards to her room. Before they knew it they were on Kripa's bed. Angad kissed Kripa all over, moving down. He took off his shirt and unzipped Kripas. Kripa kissed Angad's bare chest as they got underneath the sheets............

The next morning Kripa woke up upon hearing the birds chirping their morning song. She stretched her arms. She felt a strong pair of arms around her waist, she smiled at seeing Angad sleeping peacefully next to her. She reached down and kissed his cheek, which caused Angad to slowly open his eyes.

Angad opened his eyes to seeing an unfamiliar room. His head felt as if it were banging against a wall. When he finally realized he was in Kripa's room, he was shocked. He looked at Kripa smiling at him, he quickly sat up. He put his hands on his head to make the pain go away. Last night flashed through his head.

K- Angad...are you alright?
Angad quickly got up and threw his shirt and jeans on.
K- Is everything alright
A- how could I do this, it wasn't supposed to be like this....**** it, this wasn't supposed to happen!

Kripa watched Angad talk to himself. Kripa was confused. She heard her apartment door shut as Angad left. Tears welled in her eyes as she made sense of his words. He regretted the most beautiful night of her life.
