The next few days went in a jiffy. To see Shiva agree to Raavi's request was something none of them had expected. Suman did not want his son to go but couldn’t deny Shiva’s wish either. Her son was already getting married against his will so she could not bring it in her to stop him when he told her that he wanted to go. The other family members were surprised but glad as finally the couple would get some much needed alone time.

Sharmishtha did all the arrangements as promised while Raavi did some quick shopping for both of them and got their luggage packed. She had made her famous puppy eyes at him the other day getting him to agree that he would let her do as she pleases cz she wanted to make the most of this journey and wanted them to have a good time together.

Soon the d-day arrived. The family bid them good byes with heavy hearts, telling them to take care of each other and call up every day. Dhara sent a quick prayer to the almighty to solve their differences and unite the duo. 

As the airplane soared high in the air, Raavi could not help but feel like a bird herself. But the tiredness of the past few days soon showed its effect as deep sleep took upon her. Latched to her husband’s strong arm and shoulder, she slept like a baby. Shiva on the other hand could not help himself but smile at the innocent figure sprawled onto him without a care in the world. This was his chance as he could drink in her beautiful features without letting her know the same.  

Some 12+ hours later, Raavi and Shiva  finally found themselves in the City of Love. Sharmishtha had come to receive them at the airport and given Raavi a big jaadu ki jhappi and did a quick intro with her oh-so-handsome jiju. Soon they were in the hotel and were led to their room. Details from the breakfast buffet to the bathroom basics were all shared, credits sweet Sharmishtha.

Raavi had taken a nap during the flight but Shiva needed his sleep right at the moment. So when she came out of the shower feeling all fresh and fabulous, she found her husband sleeping and couldn’t help but awe at the cuteness he was when he wasn’t awake. 

She grinned as her plans begin to stir in her mind.
