RECAP: ANJIE IS JEALOUS OF NIKKI ND ATUL.. SHE FINDS NIKKI WITH ANOTHER GUY.. ABHI ENTERS.. SHASHANK HAS FIXED ANJALI'S WEDDING WITH RAAJ.. ANJALI PROTESTS FOR THE FIRST TIME.. 

Part 25 

.... never thought of reaching this number....

Its been hours since Anjali was back from Gupta house.. she was just sitting in he room deciding her next step.. For first time in her life Anjali Gupta felt like killing herself.. she felt so weak nd helpless.. the strong nd tough girl with loads of attitude was now merely a doll dancing to her father's tune.. how could her father marry her off to that bloody moron, Raaj Khurana.. she was actually ready to drink rat poison or slit her wrist deep to death but before that she felt like letting the Atul know all this.. she wanted to inform the only man she thinks who owns her life before ending it..

She took her mobile nd dialed Drona's reception number with trembling hands.. after waiting for 5 minutes she heard his voice.. it had that sadness in it she could fell that.. "Atul.." was all she could manage to utter.. listening to her cracked voice Atul was shocked.. "Anjali.. kya.. kya hua.. tum theek to hona..?.. Anjali..? say something.."

He was now worried when he heard her crying histerically.. after another few minutes of crying she sniffed nd hicupped saying "main usse shaadi nahi karungi Atul.. please come back Atul.. please save me.. main Raaj se shaadi nahi karungi.." Atul's eyes were wide in horror listening to Raaj's name.. he himself has witnessed Raaj's devilish deeds when Armaan had almost beatten him to death.. "You don't worry anjie.. I'm boarding the first possible flight from here okk.. Please stay calm nd strong.. I Love You.." she heard him say this nd was somehow relaxed.. when he said I Love You, she had a small smile gracing her lips..

 

On the otherhand Atul quickly called up Ridhhima nd Armaan nd asked them to handle Anjali till he reaches there.. they tell him the whole situation nd the only solution was either Dr.Shashank should change his decision or Anjali should fight against her father..

Shashank nd Khurana's have fixed Anjali nd Raaj's engagement after two days.. when shashank told this to Anjali she didn't react to it as if she hadn't even heard what he had said.. this annoyed Shashank.. "Anjali.. main tumse kuch keh raha hoon.. tum sun rahi ho ya nahi.." he shouted in anger only to get a reply from enraged Anjali "aapne kaha maine sun liya.. ab aap suniye.. main Raaj se shaadi nahi karungi matlab nahi karungi.. ya to meri shaadi Atul se hogi varna main shaadi vale din hi apni jaan le lungi.." saying so she left nd locked herself in her room..

 

Next day at Gupta house

Shashank nd Padma were sitting with Raaj nd his parents discussing about the arrangements nd guests.. when Raaj thought of something nd smiled evily saying "Shashank uncle.. kya main Anjali se mil sakta hoon please.. I mean hum thodi der kahin bahar.." listening to him Padma was alarmed while Shashank quickly said yes..

Shashank looked at Anjali coming out of the kitchen with a mug of coffee she has made for herself nd said "Anjali beta.. Raaj wants to talk to you.. get ready you're going out with him.." Anjali tightened her hold on the mug nd went to her room.. she got dressed nd went to the hall.. as Raaj went closer nd took hold of her hand she jerked it away nd said "main tumhare saath kahin nahi ja rahi.. balki Sanjeevni ja rahi hoon samjhe.. nd dare you touch me again I'll kill you.."

Listening to her Raaj acted abit sad saying "But I love You Anjali.." Anjie smirked nd said "You said the same three words to Ridzie remember.. when she went away with Armaan.. I'm so glad she did that.. Armaan is man enough to face the circumstances nd not backstab people.. you're a bloody B*****d Raaj nd I would definitely prefer death than marrying snake like you..so stop wasting time in discussing about this wedding stuff.."

She rushed out of Gupta house saying this nd placing the diamond bangles given to her by Raaj's mother, on the table.. even before Shashank could react.. Raaj was fuming.. He asked his family to leave immideately.. but being cunning enough he didn't call off the marriage yet..

"Armaan Armaan Armaan.. main uss Armaan ko hi maar deta hoon.. uss anjali ki itni himmat.. ab tum sab dekhoge ki Raaj Khurana kya cheez hai.."Raaj said to himself as he sat in a bar late at night.. he then took out his mobile nd made a call.. After a few minutes he was waiting for someone outside the bar..

He gave a small packet nd one small paper with some number written on it to the other man nd went away laughing loudly nd evily.. "Aaj teri vajah se meri shaadi cancel ho gayi.. ab dekh main tera kya haal karunga Armaan Mallik.."

 
**FLASHBACK**

Anjali Was made to get ready forcefully.. Padma was sad as she cannot help her daughter.. while Anjali was getting angry minute by minute.. Atul nd Armaan had promised her that this would definitely be the last day of this marriage Sh*t nd now there was no sign of them as yet.. she as constantly trying to contact either of them but network was busy.. she finally threw her phone on the bed in anger..

After a few minutes Padma came to take Anjali for the ceremony.. Anjali was happy to see only a few people in the hall.. Shashank hadn't arranged a huge gathering.. It was just the bride's family, the groom's family nd few of the groom's friends.. a smile came on Anjali's face thinking even if Atul nd Armaan create a scene here Shashank won't be embarressed much.. she knew they would target Raaj's relatives.. While on the otherhand Shashank saw Anjali's smile nd thought that she was finally ready for the marriage..

Anjali was made to sit beside Raaj.. when he looked at Anjali he was suspicious looking at her not-so-sad face.. but then he ignored it nd got engaged in a conversation with his friends.. Listening to his friends comments Anjali was getting furious by each passing second.. they were all passing disgusting comments on her nd were patting Raaj saying "Kya cheez haath lagi hai.."

Afew minutes later Raaj's mom came with the rings in her hand for both of them.. As Raaj was taking the ring from her nd Anjali's tension mounted, she saw Atul nd Armaan entering.. she smiled nd sighed relief..

Atul came forward nd took the ring from Raaj's hand saying "I'm sorry but this is not gonna happen now.." listening to him everyone stood up.. Enraged Shashank came forward towards Atul but stopped when Armaan stood infront of him.. Looking at his face Shashank got all the more angry..

"Get out of this house right now.." he said pointing at Armaan..

"Chala jaunga sir.. lekin Anjie ki zindagi barbaad hone se bachane ke baad.. jis ladke se aap uski shaadi karva rahe hain aaj aapko uski asliyat dikhaunga main.." Armaan said facing Shashank.. then he looked over at Raaj nd held him from his collar.. dragging him to the middle of the hall where Atul was..

 Atul looked at Raaj nd then at the ring he had in his hand.. "Dekh beta.. main Anjali se pyar karta hoon aur shaadi bhi karunga.. agar phirse maar nahi khana chahta to jaldi se nikal yahan se.. varna pichli baar ki tarah Dilli vapas jaane layak bhi nahi chodunga.. kyunki Ammy to tujhe marega hi lekin uske baad main bhi peeche nahi rahunga.." Atul said adjusting Raaj's collar nd patting his cheek..

Listening to him Raaj tried to punch Atul only to get a hard one back on his face from Atul.. he fell back on the sofa.. His mother quickly came forward towards him.. nd asked Atul "Tumne mara thha Raaj ko pichli baar..?.. kaun ho tum dono..?"

This time Armaan answered "Nahi.. Atul ne nahi maine mara thha isse.. aur phir marunga agar phir kabhi meri biwi ki taraf nazar uthayi isne.. Oh.. I'm so sorry aap to mujhe jaanti hi nahi hongi na.. Well main hoon Armaan Mallik.. Ridhhima ka husband.. aur ab all over India Sanjeevni ki har branch ka head.."

 
They were all bowled by Armaan's introduction.. Atul then walked over to Raaj nd took him in a corner.. Atul took out a few pictures nd police records nd gave them to Raaj.. they were both enough proves against Raaj.. Armaan ns Atul have searched all over for Raaj's info.. they knew a man with character like Raaj's would have definitely got a police record..

Raaj was baffled as looked at it.. his parents knew nothing about any of it.. Atul again spoke "Agar apni kher chahta hai to dobara Anjali ki taraf mudke dekhiyo bhi matt kyunki iske originals abhi bhi mere paas hain.." listening to Atul he again tried to kick him but this time Armaan got hold of him from his neck while Shashank was dialing police's number.. "Police ko matt bulaiye uncle.. aapki hi badnaami hogi.. kyunki Jai Mallik ke bete ko koi haath bhi nahi laga sakta.." Atul said when he saw Shashank on the phone..

As realisation dawned Shashank disconnected the call.. When Raaj's parents questioned Raaj he just asked them to leave.. looking at their son's state Khurana's left after calling off the wedding..

"Lekin khurana.. aise kaise.. meri beti kya hoga..?" Shashank said in a pereplexed tone.. "Don't worry about it uncle.. Anjali ki engagement aaj hi hogi.." Atul said moving towards Anjali.. he held her left hand nd slipped the ring into her finger.. nd left off kissing her forehead..

Fuming Shashank walked towards Anjali.. "issko abhi nikalo apni ungli se.." he ordered Anjali pointing at her finger.. Anjali fisted her hand nd nodded NO.. as Shashank raised his hand to slap her Padma stopped him while Anjali ran to her room..

**FLASHBACK ENDS**

While on the otherhand at Mallik House.. Armaan, Ridhhima, Atul, Anjali, Nikki nd Abhi were seated in the lounge deciding what to do now.. "Look guys.. I can see only two ways out of this.. ONE is to either bring Raaj's true colours in front of Dr.Gupta or else Anjie has to run away nd marry Atul.. coz Raaj is too disgusting nd very cunning too.. he'll definitely try to get back.." Armaan said making his point after having this discussion for the whole evening.. Anjali was abit hesitant but still nodded..

"Armaan's right.. Raaj iss shaadi ke liye kuch bhi karega.. coz his two targets after marriage are to revenge for his insult nd take over Sanjeevni.." Ridhhima stated.. "Ridhhima is right.. vo aadmi apne liye kuch bhi karega.. even if it means to kill someone.." Anjali said in an angry tone.. "But guys how did you manage to blackmail that jerk..?" Anjie asked in an excited tone..

"Anjie it was all Abhi's idea.. to let Raaj call off the wedding.. nd it was his dectectives who have got us those most recent snaps nd records of Raaj.." Armaan stated.. Anjali looked at Abhi nd thanked him..

After another hour of discussion Atul asked Anjali to go home or else Shashank would come to know that she was here.. she doesn't wanna go but still nods nd leaves giving everyone a final bye for the day..

She entered the house to find Shashank sitting in the hall with Smriti's picture in his hand talking to it.. "Main tumhari beti ko nahi samhaal paya.. vo apni zindagi bigaadne par lagi hui hai.. kaise samjhaun usse main.. Kaash tum aaj hoti.."

Anjali stepped closer to her shattered nd helpless father nd knelt down besides him.. "Agar Smriti mom aaj hoti to shayad vo aapko sachai dikha paati dad.. maine aapse kabhi shaadi ke liye mana nahi kiya na.. lekin main sirf uss Raaj se shaadi nahi karna chahti.. please dad.. don't push me to hell.. aap kyun nahi samajhte ki jab main aur Padma mom dono iss shaadi ke khilaaf thhe to koi na koi vajah to hogi na.." Anjali made a last attempt to explain but in vain Shashank was adamant.. "Anjali.. maine promise kiya thha Khurana se.. you have put me to shame today.." saying so he stood up nd left for his room..

Atul knew everyone was sad due to his nd Anjali's problem.. but dunno why he was feeling a lot more relaxed meeting Anjali today.. he knew noone can change the destiny.. so he wanted to face it all with a smiling face.. he was still abit guilty as they've not told Mr.Mallik about things taking a turn for worse here.. after meeting Anjali he had given her a long lecture for not taking care of herself..

He then thought of something nd went to AR nd Nikki who were in the dinning area.. "Guys.. bohot din ho gaye.. lets change our moods nd have Ammy nd Ridhima's race tonite..?" Atul said sounding his usual self.. All of them wondered if he had gone insane.. "I'm completely sane guys so stop looking at me like this.." looking at them still not convinced he finally said the truth "Look guys.. I know it is indeed not a party time in my life but I don't want to make a living hell out of my life.. I truly believe that everything in our fate is pre-planned.. we can't change it no matter what.. so lets face it with a smile rather than crying over it.."

Everyone felt so proud of him at that moment.. looking at his earnest face they didn't have a heart to refuse so all three of them agreed.. They even called Abhi nd asked him to join them but he had a prior commitment so he refused..

 All were set when Armaan said "Basket.. Yeh Ferrari10 mein race karke to koi bhi asaani se jeet sakta hai.. so whats the catch in this race..?" He raised his eyebrows When Nikki interrupted "Bro.. evenPorche Cayman is a cool car.. you just fear to lose to bhabhi.." she high fived Atul.. Ridhhima looked at Armaan, smirked saying "Fine.. lets swap the cars.. aur agar phir bhi main jeeti to ek week ke liye tum meri aur Kiddo ki har baat manoge.. bolo..?"

Armaan nodded with an attitude nd gave her his car keys.. "Done.. lekin agar main jeeta to main jo kahunga vo tum karogi.. nd as you know main bohot hi romantic hoon to its better if I clear it before, ki vo punishment.. Umm.. inclined towards romance hogi.." he said winking nd making her blush.. while Atul nd Nikki hooted..

As they were set, Nikki nd Arav in Ridhhima's car nd Atul in Armaan's.. at the end moment Ridhhima asked Atul to take his car along nd let Nikki nd Arav sit with him coz although they have raced quite a few times but still Arav has never been a part of it.. she feared him to get scared of the speed.. They all agreed..

Now it was like Nikki, Arav nd Atul in one car following AR.. Armaan in Ridhhima's Ferrari nd Ridhhima in Armaan's Prosche Cayman.. Finally after getting the green signal from Atul they started.. they were gone like bullet.. Atul thanked God for deciding the route nd final destination first or else they would've lost track on AR..

While on the otherhand with AR.. sometimes Armaan was ahead nd as soon as he slows down abit thinking Ridhhima will be far behind he sees her car zooming in the Rear view mirror nd then zooming past him, teasing him.. they were just about to reach their destination.. it was a dark nd secluded road which was a short cut to the beach.. Ridhhima was leading nd next moment Armaan rushed past her showing her thumbs down..

Armaan suddenly heard a loud CRASH nd halted immideately.. he looked back to find darkness nd nothing else.. he feared when he didn't see Ridhhima's car anywhere in sight.. he turned his car nd froze when his lights fell on Ridhhima's car which was crashed nd was now in a small corner..

He felt his heart skip a beat.. he was numb for a second.. he felt as if slowly slowly his life was being taken away from him.. he gulped rooted at the spot.. then as the realisation struck him he rushed to her.. there was only one guys besides the car who was trying to take Ridhhima's unconciuos body outside from the crushed car..

His eye were filled with tears when he saw her whole face covered with blood.. there was a deep cut on her hand too.. this was all external injuried he could see but he was damn scared for his life wondering what if internal injuries were serious.. In a few minutes Atul's car also reached the spot.. Even they were shocked at this.. Atul saw Armaan panicking nd decided to get a grip of himself.. Atul helped Armaan keeping Ridhhima in Armaan's car while Nikki remain kept on sitting with Arav so that he doesn't get scared seeing his mother like this.. she was also in tears.. but not even for a moment had she let Arav looking in Ridhhima nd Armaan's direction..

The guy at the sight who helped them sat with Armaan nd Ridhhima in Armaan's car.. while Atul drove with Nikki nd Arav.. Atul first dropped Nikki nd Arav home keeping Arav in mind nd then zoomed off to Sanjeevni where Armaan had taken Ridhhima..

Being late at night there were very few doctors but luckily there were Dr.Shubhankar nd Dr. Kirti present.. they quickly shifted her to OT nd asked nurse to page Anjali nd other senoir doctors..

While back at Mallik house Nikki put Arav to sleep nd called Mr.Mallik in London.. She told him about the accident nd next moment he was preparing to leave for Mumbai..

Looking at her unconcious nd pale body , soaked in blood Armaan was dying hundered deaths.. he was just sitting on the bench outside the OT nd crying continuously while Atul was discussing the case with Kirti nd Shubhankar.. With in a few minutes Anjali nd Shashank were there too.. they saw Arman's state nd then walked over to Kirti.. Even Abhi was there in a few minutes time coz Nikki had informed him.. he was trying to control Armaan but in vain Armaan's tears were not stopping.. he was so scared to lose Ridhhima that he wasn't listening or responding to anyone..

 

THIS WAS IT PEOPLE.. I KNOW IT WAS A SAD PART ND A SHORT PART BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO CUT SOME PART OF THE NEXT ONE ND ADD IN HERE AS IT WOULD'VE THEN LOST IT'S FLOW..
