Summary: Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali.
The premise of this story is set after the brutal character assassination of Pallavi by Raghav. He insinuated Pallavi of being not just a gold digger but also a woman with questionable morals, after which she is ousted from her marital home. Being a widow, she has nowhere to go and is aimlessly walking on the deserted streets when she meets Raghav again, just to give him a piece of her mind. In the actual show, these two are shown to have some attraction between them, but in this story, I have thought of capturing it a bit differently. Both of them already have certain feelings towards each other but because of their egos, they never made it apparent. Raghav's one wrong move destroys it all and the journey of their love actually starts after this great debacle, filled with angst and waiting. The story is intertwined with poems.
