Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Ruhi rips Armaan-Abhira's wedding invitation in half

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Armaan (Rohit Purohit) and Abhira (Samridhhi Shukla) discuss their upcoming wedding. Abhira expresses her disbelief that Kaveri has approved their union. Armaan acknowledges the support he's received from Madhav, Vidya, and Abhira, feeling grateful for both love and family. Abhira also feels fortunate to have both love and family and tries to come to terms with Kaveri's acceptance of their relationship.

Kaveri confides in Rohit (Romit Raj) about having agreed to his terms. In the flashback, Rohit persuades Kaveri to accept Armaan and Abhira, stating that if she doesn't, he will leave the firm. He threatens that Armaan's departure will lead to the collapse of their family, which makes Kaveri reconsider. Understanding Rohit's stance, Kaveri agrees to support Armaan and Abhira's relationship.

Vidya starts planning a grand wedding for Armaan and Abhira, with Kaveri giving her approval for an elaborate celebration. Vidya is thrilled about organising the event.

Armaan and Abhira share a tender moment together. They complete the Teej rituals, touching each other's feet as a sign of respect. Abhira thanks Kaveri for accepting her and promises to win her heart. She admits that her previous challenges in adjusting to a large family stemmed from never having been part of one before. She requests Kaveri's blessings, which Kaveri gladly gives. Abhira resolves to make a place for herself in the Poddar household.

Ruhi is visibly upset:

Abhira is taken aback by the extravagant wedding invitation, but Armaan reassures her. Manisha eagerly anticipates the wedding, although Manoj mentions that Manisha had promised to fast if Kaveri accepted the marriage, and Manisha now decides against fasting.

Ruhi, displeased with the ongoing wedding preparations, is visibly upset. When an invitation card blows toward her, she angrily tears it in half. Noticing Rohit approaching, she quickly crumples the torn pieces and throws them into the trash. Rohit then inquires about Ruhi's feelings regarding the wedding. Ruhi responds cryptically, suggesting that if Rohit was determined to see Arman and Abhira married, he must have had his reasons. She adds that if Rohit is content with the arrangement, she will be too, and then heads off to make tea for him. Meanwhile, Rohit is relieved, believing that with Arman focused on Abhira, Ruhi will have more time to concentrate on their relationship.

Armaan flirts with Abhira, and they share a romantic moment. Abhira notices Kaveri watching them and warns Armaan, who is initially sceptical. Kaveri confronts them, expressing her disbelief that they were so close before the wedding. Abhira asks Armaan to distance himself to avoid upsetting Kaveri, but Armaan refuses to let go. Ruhi witnesses their interaction and is determined to thwart their romance, believing that her own relationship with Armaan must prevail.
