Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kaveri to soon announce who will create the 'Baal Gopal ke Shubh Kadam ke Nishaan'

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) eagerly prepares to organise the upcoming function. Vidya consults Kaveri about granting Abhira permission to handle the event. Kaveri decides to assess Abhira's responsibility by setting a test. She mentions that Abhira will be entrusted with more responsibilities after marriage and thus wants to see if Abhira is capable of managing them.

Abhira fills out a loan application form, and the manager inquires about a guarantor. Kaveri opts to be Abhira's guarantor, which excites Abhira. Kaveri intends to evaluate Abhira's responsibility further, while Ruhi expresses doubts about Abhira's ability to meet Kaveri's expectations. Kaveri also seeks Armaan's opinion on how he manages Abhira, to which Armaan responds that Abhira is exceptional.

Ruhi frets over having omitted Abhira's parents' names from the card and regrets the time spent plotting against Armaan and Abhira. When Armaan accidentally collides with Ruhi, she questions him about her perceived irresponsibility and ends up falling ill. Abhira is taken aback upon seeing Armaan with Ruhi. Armaan explains to Abhira that the collision was accidental. Abhira admits she had momentarily doubted him. Abhira and Armaan take Ruhi back, and Rohit is concerned about her condition. Ruhi is surprised when Abhira and Armaan return her home. Meanwhile, Kaveri prepares for Janmashtami and asks if anyone will sing the Bhajan. When no one steps up, Kaveri suggests playing a song from the mobile.

Abhira captivates everyone with her singing, leaving the family spellbound. Ruhi recalls Akshara, while Manish, Swarna, and Surekha are astonished by Abhira's performance. Ruhi suspects that Manish helped Abhira with the song. Manish inquires about the song's origin, and Abhira explains she learned it at a temple. Manish seeks confirmation from Abhira, but Swarna intervenes. 

Abhira requests Kaveri to let her prepare for Janmashtami, aiming to prove her capability. Kaveri agrees, and Abhira is thrilled. Ruhi, feeling reminded of Akshara, decides to confront Abhira. She believes Manish has taught Abhira tha bhajan. Kajal asks Kaveri who will make the Baal Gopal ke Shubh Kadam ke Nishaan, and Kaveri promises to announce the details soon. Kaveri praises Swarna and Manish for joining the Janmashtami celebration, acknowledging that Abhira invited them. Armaan asks Abhira to meet him privately, while Manish interrupts their chat conversation, asking them to focus on finishing the decorations.
